Blaze on Michigan Road is by far the best Blaze I’ve traveled to. Not sure how long it’s been here but it’s right by my gym so it’s convenient for me. I travel about 30 minutes to this location. Especially when I’m having a blaze craving! The pizza and ingredients are always fresh. I get the same combination and it’s taste amazing every time. The staff is always enthusiastic, nice, friendly, respectful they greet you as you come in. They listen well. They update you on your rewards. Help you set up your blaze rewards which is always a plus. It’s always clean and sanitary. A very welcoming environment.I recommend all of my friends and associates to this location. Literally my favorite Pizza Place!!

This by far is one of my greatest pizza pie experiences, tonight however we went in & there was literally no one else in the store besides the awesome staff. The two young Men that put together our 2 build your own, did a spectacular job on our pizza's... Like literally a work of art! ????

WOW! First time arriving and all I got was a good experience! For a fast food place in the fast food industry, I was pleasantly surprised by the friendliness of this place! I arrived at this place a few days ago. And the atmosphere was top notch! Especially one of the employee’s, Brandon, who was at the pizza cooking station who I had a very friendly conversation with. The pizza was also amazing! Will come again! #love
This was our first time at Blaze Pizza. The lady at the start was friendly and helpful explaining their menu (which is self-explanatory-but good customer service). She passed us along to the only guy working, advising him it's our first time and to talk with us. He did not say a single word to us from the meat section through the register. I ordered chopped garlic and he put on roasted garlic (so following instructions wasn't a hit either). It took awhile to cook the pizzas because they put in all the pizzas after us (about 5 or 6 more people not with our order) and once they were cooked they took them out of the stove and set them on the counter. There was a lady waiting for her pizza that was sitting on the counter while we were ordering. Once every pizza was cooked and out of the stove, they finally decided to cut them. In order to keep all the pizzas on the counter in order, they placed the papers they were dragging along the counter on top of the pizzas. Now all the pizzas have dirt and bacteria all over them. Lastly, as if the rest of the staff wasn't unfriendly either, the pizza bottoms were burnt and our fingers were covered in a thick layer of ashes. And...who cuts pizza this way (check out the pictures). We came to try Blaze because our only Mod Pizza is bad, but I would rather suffer through them than experience this terrible place again. I feel bad for the lady who initially helped us because this would be a soul crushing staff to have to work with. What a mess!
Warning, they don’t actually provide delivery but sub to Door Dash. Just look at the results. They also forgot one of our 3 items.
First of all, I was grateful to find a restaurant open after 9:30 pm on a Tuesday. I arrived shortly before they were closing, so there were chairs on most of the tables, but that didn't bother me. Every one of the staff that I encountered was personable, patient, and accommodating. Even though I was the last customer, and I wasn't sure what I wanted, they didn't make me feel rushed. The woman preparing my pizza gave helpful recommendations and began a light but engaging conversation that by the time I was ready to leave, all 4 of us were enjoying. When I left, I knew I'd be back.
Without exaggerating, this was the best Blaze experience I’ve ever had in any state. Tish, Money, and Taylor were so professional and careful with my gluten free order, they were funny and professional and made me feel like I was at a fancy expensive restaurant with how they treated me. I wish I lived here because I would come back all the time.
