I love all the fresh & tantalizing options for the build-your-own 11-inch pizza. You can custom order your pizza to be as healthy (or unhealthy) as you want. Super delicious! And the prices are very reasonable: $10.45 (as of March 2024) for the pizza or the pick-two option (half a pizza with either a side salad, meatballs or cheesy bread).
Excellent value on the half and half deal. I wish the pizza sauce was more flavorful and the pizza was a little undercooked so I would suggest asking for it to be well done. (I tried multiple sauces to see if some were better than others)
Good choice of toppings. The half pizza and Greek salad are an excellent combo. I like that they offer vegan/vegetarian options and all are clearly labeled.
I’ve eaten at blaze pizza multiple times including the one at Disney springs without any issues. However, today I ordered a build your own pizza and it smells absolutely disgusting. I have no idea what it is but the ingredients in the pizza are making me barf from the smell. It even tastes weird. The ingredients are not fresh!! Unfortunately I won’t have dinner tonight and I’ll have to throw it out . Please make a change!!
After all the holiday eating and drinking... this simple pizza was perfect for a Friday night.
Had the Red Vine Signature pizza, the sauce was very flavorful and the crust was thin and nicely paired with the toppings.
The team was wonderful and Sandy was very friendly and helpful.

Lunch, family, and friends get together then this would be the perfect place. It is first in the first service location where you will get your order within a minute. You can order and make pizza yourself and get it within a minute. The place is clean and neat. The cooperative staff is always ready to serve quality food and service. Nice ambiance and good sitting arrangement. Don't have any reservation facility. The restroom is available.
Wow, Blaze Pizza is awesome! I haven’t been here in a long time but I just came back and it was a lot better than I remembered. This probably isn’t the absolute best pizza in all of Orlando but if you do it right, you can customize it to be REALLY good and you’ll be very happy! It is not very caloric (compared to other pizzas that are super calorie-laden…theirs are around 700-800 for a whole personal pizza you could easily share between 2 people) and Blaze Pizza is very budget-friendly! If you get a personal pizza they can be as inexpensive as $8 (custom ones will be about $11) and if you split between 2 people, it’s only $4-5 per person! I am very happy with this place. They have great pizza crust, great gluten-free pizza, and tons of awesome toppings to make the ultimate pizza. Many different types of meats, cheeses, veggies, and even other toppings like roasted garlic and more! I definitely will be returning and I highly suggest checking this place out if you’re craving pizza in the Winter Park area!

First time eating at Blaze, surprised at the quality here.
Atmosphere is great! This location is very large and was packed at the time of my visit (~1PM Friday).
Love the modern/industrial feel of the location. Very clean and well maintained. Loud, bustling environment from all the people at my time of visit.
First time customers — ORDER ONLINE! Trust me when I say this and don’t repeat my mistakes. Yes, part of the experience of it is going in and watching your pizza get made from scratch, however not only is the process of building your own pizza/salad very quick, but the loud environment of this place only makes it more difficult. Unless you’re up for the load of pressure this environment provides, or you already know what to build, take your time and order online!
As for the food itself — 6/10. I built my own basic buffalo chicken pizza and a basic greek salad. Something simple to try out, I figured.
Not worth it. The pizza was okay, but it was bland - it is a simple combination of flavors, but not done well. As for the salad, the regular amount of green goddess dressing wasn’t very potent (compared to the original Panera-based inspiration of course).
Another issue I experienced was skimpy ingredient amounts between both the salad and the pizza. The salad bowl as seen in pictures was rather lackluster even in comparison to the orders of my other relatives I dined here with. Of course with the other orders where closer to 6 or 7 ingredients were used there was plenty of toppings and this issue did not persist, however I still feel strongly that if ordering something basic with only a few toppings, it should be a comparable amount to that of a pizza or salad with a lot more different toppings.
Another unexpected thing - The blood orange lemonade here is amazing! The citrusy flavor is great but not overwhelming, and the tartness is subtle enough to compliment its sweetness while not overpowering it (until you’ve had a ton of course). Definitely try it if you go here!
Overall the food was okay, but the freshness of the ingredients is undoubtedly great. You get to see everything made and the pizza thrown into their oven for a few minutes before your eyes - That is quality you can’t find everywhere, let alone at a large branch restaurant like this.
There is still plenty of room for improvement from this company but don’t hesitate to give it a go. I think it has great potential.
