I ordered the double cheeseburger. One receives two 1/2 patties— its a monstrous burger that does NOT fall apart. I had yellow rice on the side, simply because I don’t want fries with that big of a burger! LoL! I highly recommend.
To make my whole experience short. I received somebody else's order. When I came back the lady in the register asked me if I touched the food. I told her I didn't, so she asked me she could add my missing ingredients on the side if I'd like, or they can re-do my order. I asked to re-do my order. I'm giving it 1 star, not because of the customer service but rather the way they handled it. The order I returned and the order the lady behind me returned (because she got my order) they probably threw it away in the garbage. I did not get a free order of fries, gift card, nor a complementary drink or a complementary ANYTHING. I get it I should not receive anything for free. However working in the hospitality industry for so many years, I would go above and beyond with my customers specially if the mistake was in our behalf. In this location I did not see ANY of that.
The customer service here is VERY welcoming and the menu selections provide very little to be desired. It's great to have a place with such a great menu and FRESH CUT FRIES. Let me say it again FRESH CUT FRIES!!!! I ordered a cheeseburger, fresh-cut fries, and a drink. Everything was made fresh and didn't take as long as I would have thought. My burger was overcooked, despite asking for medium, but it was good and nothing was left to complain about. The 4-star rating on the food reflects my overcooked, but good burger.
This is our first time trying out Blaze-N-Grill. It's a nice neighborhood restaurant within walking distance.
I had the Merkt's Cheeseburger with everything, which was on a nicely toasted brioche. The fries were skin on thin fries that were very good.
It has plenty of indoor seating and a number of tables outside.
Great place for a burger. At first I wasn’t sure about going here but once inside they are very welcoming and the food is fresh made. Very good food.
I’m a regular customer of blaze n grill and love their food however I wanted to give a message to the owner or manager. The past few times I’ve ordered the merkts cheese on my fries, it’s been very subpar. It used to be the most dangerously delicious cheese ever. I tried calling/looked for an email address because I didn’t want to give a public review but here we are (couldn’t find an email). The cheese is really chunky and flavorless. It’s like there’s too much flour in it or something. Maybe it’s the Merkt’s cheese brand itself and not the fault of the preparer. But anyways, wanted to provide this feedback. I tried giving it a few tries but will have to just stick to burgers and wraps for now.
The staff was very friendly and nice. The burgers are very big and the fries where great. Only thing for me was the meat was not seasoned to well. A little bland. Other than that nice place.
11/2022 5* First time here. Fantastic food. Plenty of it and extremely tasty. Love the burgers!! Hand made it looks like. Took a few minutes, but well worth the wait! I am a Pepsi guy so them having Coke is a negative. But it worked. I did not like seeing the "One Free Refill Only" sign. In today's world, why? Everything else was great! Oh yeah. Gotta have the Merkt Cheese on your fries. Its Da bomb!
