my latest experience with missy was extremely disappointing. my tattoo healed poorly due to the wrong needle being used. when i reached out for a resolution, i was refused both a refund and a touch-up for this tattoo and the previous ones i’ve gotten done by them. despite being a repeat customer and referring many clients, they showed no interest in making things right. the lack of accountability and poor customer service are unacceptable. i can no longer recommend them to anyone seeking quality and reliable service and decent customer care.
Had a great experience with Missy this evening. Got two tattoos and both look great! Totally reccomend! Super nice and super professional.

It’s hard to put into words the relationship between the tattoo artist and the patron. Tatum just gets me. I feel really safe sharing stories with her because she’s great at listening and she’s got great advice. She aspires to be a Therapist who works and heals thru tattoo art. Her work isn’t for everyone because it has a little bit of a spooky edge. I have a few tarot-card inspired designs. Each one retains her style and captures the detail of the original inspiration image sometimes even down to the expressions on the faces. It’s good to be really clear with what your looking for especially if the piece has a lot of details or is small. I enjoy the feeling of the very small needle so that she gets the detail I’m looking for. Her shop is really fun to be in. There are plenty of books about religious art to look through to get inspired. She also features her tattoo work on the wall which fits in seamlessly with the medieval decor. if you can sit still she is quick and her prices are extremely reasonable.
Tatum is such a sweet and wonderful tattoo artist. It’s not often that you find tattoo studios that make you feel safe when you are black and queer. Tatum takes all the care to make sure everyone who enters the shop is cared for and comfortable. She works with you to really get the design perfect. I have been going to Tatum for years and even though everything else has gotten more expensive she makes sure she keeps tattoos accessible. Her tattoo shop feels like community and I will continue to go to her for a long time ????????
Honestly, the worst experience I've ever had at tattoo shop. The place is extremely dirty, and the owner is a fraud. After cancelling and trying to reschedule my appointment multiple times, I asked to get my deposit back and she refused. She told me she already designed my idea, and when I asked her to send the design for my $40 deposit, she never did. Literally stole from me without providing any service. DO NOT GO.
This tattoo shop was by far the best I've ever been too. TATUM was super attentive and gave my tattoo her all,she did several tattoos in a day and was so organized through out the whole time she was tattooing me and my family members. It's so amazing as it was my first time being tattooed by a female artist her skills are to die for,very unique. She made me and my family members feel so comfortable in her cozy good vibes shop. Big shout out too her she is AWESOME . If your thinking about getting a tattoo make sure you check her out, prices are amazing and so is her personality. She went out of her way to make everyone feel comfortable and have the best tattoo experience. I recommend her 100% ... so go check her out ....
Tatum is a sweet girl but unfortunately due to her nodding off while doing my tattoo , she burned my skin and now I have to spend over 2k to get a cover up. I kept asking if she was okay until I realized when I looked down that her eyes were closed . At first I liked the tattoo but realized something was wrong and hoped that after it healed it would be better. She also said she was going to fix some pieces later. But no, actually looks worst and I was supposed to finish it with her next time. I’m not sure what happened , her page is full of great work but this looks like she dug into my skin.
