did a good job piercing me, but the language and vibe made me uncomfortable. too many people in one room also. would give more stars if the vibe was better. also someone told me the price of a piercing was 10$ less than what i came in and actually paid for, and tried to tell me it was tuesday when it was in fact wednesday in a rude tone, made me uncomfortable. needs better communication and customer service.
I got some piercings done there, and everything went well friendly, reasonable, and fast service
The hospitality was fine, it was my first time here never got a tattoo from here but i received 3 piercing on the same day and two of my piercings did NOT even last TWO weeks. Never had any of my other body piercings just come out on its own and if you end up going back to get the piercing again you get charged the full price all over again. I did go to my original piercing shop to get replacements and haven’t had any issues. Just a waste of money if you let this shop do some piercings.

Just left this place from getting my daughter’s nose pierced. The women at the front counter had decent customer service but the young guy doing the piercing smh all imma say is this is why I go outside of Detroit to spend my money. No type of eye contact when he speaks to u he acted as if I was bothering him by asking him questions. I think the the nose rings that he provided is too small. My daughter seem to like them though, but that’s because she’s a teenager n she just wanted a piercing. I wanted to get a piercing as well but changed my mind. They don’t even have much of a selection to choose from for the nose rings. So yea I’ll be going someplace else.
So I was supposed to be getting some eyes off an anime character tatted on my chest I set appointment up with kelvin thinking I was getting kelvin I got someone else with dreads who during tatting me was drinking after starting... he was late for the appointment for one by 20 min and I also had to pay a 100 dollar deposit I hate the tattoo it’s horrible it cost me 250 and it looks like apprentice work I been waiting for a reply from kelvin for a year I just want my money back I can no longer get any more tattoos due to health reasons please don’t get tatted here you will be disappointed!!!!
I just went and got 3 piercings and he made me feel so comfortable he was great...staff was very professional, friendly, and cool i recommend anyone to go here..ill definitely be back ????!!
I went in to get a septum piercing. To start the building is disgusting & their costumer service is terrible. The first time she did the piercing it was crooked & completely pierced wrong she attempted to fix it and it was still too low & pierced completely wrong obviously she had no idea of what she was doing, she couldn’t even give me information on after care or healing times without looking for a paper. Prices are cheap but service is horrible.
