The owner of this establishment took care of a BMW that I recently purchased. I have used his services twice before leaving this review. On both occasions, I met the owner at opening and he was there early sitting in his vehicle when I arrived for both appointments. His attention to detail is A1 and I left with a smile on my face. I had to bring it back for a mistake I made and he hit a couple spots for me without question. It’s been about a week since the tint and I washed my car a couple days ago. I am very happy with his work and will be taking my next vehicle to him as well.
REVIEWS on this establishment are not all wrong. They DO NOT care about customer satisfaction at all. Nor do they care about customers' time or personal property. The "Owners" responses to some comments left are pretty questionable considering you say your professional. Paid extra for glue removal,all the glue was not removed fully. When I questioned him, he mentioned that I had a lot of glue and he did the best he could. Mind you, he saw the windshield beforehand and said it would take some time, but he could remove it. If I'm being charged for a service, the service needs to be completed FULLY. My speakers were wet, went back and was told he used a protective microfiber towel to drape across the dashboard, but it was noticeably wet and bubbly. Was there the first time for over 3 hours even though he said it would be done in an hour and a half. Inappropriate conversations could be heard loud and clear in the waiting room. Went back so he could fix it, almost 2 hours later for one window, it still has glue and now more bubbles ????. He didnt say anything to me when he finished. Just pulled my car out, handed me the fob, went back in the garage and shut the door. Definitely gave off a your bothering me kinda vibe. I don't live close so this was a major headache and inconvenience. If you value your hard earned money, don't waste your time.
I went in to get windshield tinted. The guy was unsure if I should tent it due to just having windshield replaced a few hours b4. Guy could have easily taken money and did his job but called supervisor to verify. Anyhow, very happy with tint, didn't take long at all. Definitely going back once I get a new truck.
Went here last Saturday, it’s a non-Chalant kind of environment which I don’t really mind or care because they get things done quick and easy!!. The reason why I did 3 stars and not higher is because there’s some small areas that have bubbles around the windows (looks a bit tacky), I will go back and see if they can fix it.
Horrible craftsmanship. This is by far the worst tint experience i’ve ever had and worst customer service experience i’ve ever had. The tint was cut horribly and lots of sunlight shining through in several different spots. the windshield tint looks like a Ruffles potato chip. They didn’t not squeegee out the bubbles on the corners and didn’t clean the windows properly before applying the tint. Charged me and arm and a leg to clean off old tint glue. i spent close to $400 here for cheap basic tint job and it took them over 5 hours on a slow saturday morning. I am sick to my stomach over this experience. Please save yourself and Do Not Go Here for any services. I wish i could give zero stars.
Unfortunately I had to go back multiple times so they could fix the tint on my Tesla X. (3 which is too many if that’s your profession) Lifetime warranty or not. I should not have to go back multiple times to get a job completed properly. I showed one time and Andre wasn’t there. I missed work to get the tint repaired and he was a no show for personal reasons The guy on location advised he was too busy for the repair that was already paid for. I ended up going to a different shop to fix issue. As I refuse to make multiple trips back to a business to continue to try to fix my tint. If you have a Tesla Model X I do not recommend this business.
They did their thing with my car. They were informative and very productive. I had my windshield done and they didn’t take long at all. My dashboard was still clean just like when I gave them the car and the tint itself looks great. No runs or bubbles like expected and I would definitely use them for any future services.
Professional every time. I’ve used their services several times.
