Wow…the fish “boat” is soooo sad. I can’t believe I paid for this. Each filet is about the size of my finger. In what world is this value. They were cold and not very good.
Two stars because their burgers are pretty good.
see photo below. i pick up for door dash and there is not a single restaurant in ABQ who has lower standards than blake’s. at least seal the bag somehow? every other business has a sticker or staples the food bag closed. imagine being a customer receiving food from a stranger with the bag this wide open
I waited over 15 minutes for my food. When I got my food it was the wrong order and the food was really cold and the bag looked like it had been sitting around for a while. Lots of cars were parked around me, also waiting for their food (five cars, to be exact) and a few people were getting out of their cars to check on their orders because it was taking so long. One customer had to take her order inside because it wasn’t hers. I saw an elderly man get out of his car because his order was wrong also. I didn’t have time to go in and wait another 15 minutes so I ended up just eating the wrong order and it was gross. I’ve always loved Blake’s, but this location is awful. Avoid it.
Blake's Lotaburger makes really good hamburgers. The staff was very polite. The lobby was clean. I definitely go back to this Blake's Lotaburger again to get another hamburger.
Employees are super rude. Yazzie, specifically. This has been the second time we’ve encountered him and he wasn’t pleasant what so ever. If you’re going to be in the food service industry, don’t be rude to paying customers. Or simply, get a different job.
Super rude employee at the counter today told me I couldn’t fill up my own water bottle after purchasing fries from them. 0 stars if I could. My water bottle isnt contaminating anything. I press the water button with my finger. It doesn’t even touch anything. Insane.
Our meal came out fast and the food was pretty yummy. This specific location is clean inside. I will say that while we were sitting here eating, SEVERAL people came in and waited for an abnormally long time for their food, and almost ever order had something wrong with it: overcharged for a drink, missing a French fry, missing a milkshake, etc. We seemed to have lucked out with our timing and orders but everyone else, not so much. I’d come back to this location though bc it seemed clean and the main older employee was nice.
Well we went on 5/3/24 to eat .because we were told at the one on juantabo would be 35-40 minute wait ..anyway blakes service hasn't been all that great ...I only drink unsweetened tea..and the one made was cloudy and tasted old..in response to get fresh brew the guy wouldn't make any..I wanted my money back x2 drinks and the lead / manager on shift argued with me for 20 minutes about a refund. Ther was no tag on tea container and lead girl said it was made in the morning. Blakes when I worked there it's 6 hours at least at the one I worked at..blakes into over rated ..and the gir wanted to keep my reciept this fall on traning. asked for district manage name no responce. Tina must be OK with the service of blake..
