Dave was awesome to work with. We had some transmission issues that were under warranty and he took the time to work with Ford to get the work approved. The parts were on backorder and he kept in touch with us while they were waiting for them. After that, it was decided the engine was damaged as well, and he worked with Ford again to get that fixed. Great place to do business with and it was appreciated how much they cared. I'd use them for any future service and consider buying a car there as well.

I had some recall work done on the suspension of my Ford Flex. I was impressed with the communication and professionalism. Much better than another dealer that was very unprofessional in scheduling and handling the same problem. Kudos to Blackwell. Treating customers time as important is very welcome and refreshing. I'll be back.
I usually do not like to write reviews on companies and I know first hand what a reputation means . So therefore I am not going to bash Blackwell Ford I did have some displeasures. I Brought my vehicle in since there was indication of leaking coolant . They were prompt within a day to tell me what the issue was . (Water pump) besides the price which was on the very extreme end and knowing where the pump is located and I understood the labor to reach this area was more than average . What my displeasure was I just wanted to get my vehicle back so I could go get a second opinion , no problem . Going to pick up my vehicle the cashier had an attitude it may have been a bad day whom knows , then when picking the vehicle up the paper work also stated the timing chain which is usually done with water pump but was not factored into the cost so it would have been even more $ . I suppose what made me a little more irritated was being told yes we could fix your vehicle , although it would be 2-4 weeks until the part comes in . (Rental car ?) out of the question they told me no rentals you need to be on a wait list and that’s about a two week wait list . Although I won’t describe the customer in front of me , I am assuming since of his job status and Involvement in the community he was able to obtain a rental . Now again not blasting Blackwell , they may have the best mechanics in the state and top notch deals on cars , I don’t know although I do know where I took my vehicle within 2 days it has been fixed and the same part Ford needed ordered was shipped over night and installed in two days . I’m not saying don’t use Blackwell Ford for service or car shopping I just felt the process was inefficient and communication could have been better . Other than that the dealer looks nice and updated , I am sure for other reasons it may have been a more pleasant experience with different circumstances .
This time was not a good experience. They have had my vehicle for almost a month and have done nothing to it. We kept calling with no answers. Finally today I had it towed to another mechanic. Then charged me 145.00 for an hour of what I don’t know. Beware. Lack of communication.
I can always count on Blackwell's service department to take care of me. Devin was able to get me in on a short notice when one of my front lights burned out. I really appreciated the help.
I brought in a vehicle that needed repairs and the experience left much to be desired.
While they ultimately did fix the vehicle, getting any updates from them over the almost two months that they had my vehicle was like trying to pull teeth from an angry lion that hasn't eaten in days. These people need to seriously look at their internal communications practices. One person has no idea what the next is doing.
My vehicle has been at Blackwell Ford for service under warranty for over 2 months. There is a new reason every week as to why I have to wait for my vehicle. The excuses range from the technician is going on vacation for a week, parts are not available or the police cars have priority over your vehicle.
