Best value for the work. Sometimes they get busy, but have always taken care of me. They have fixed A/C on several of my vehicles, brakes, transmissions, axles, electrical issues, fuel pumps, and many other parts. They also services my ATVs. Blacktec Auto also provides tires and tire services.
On a recent tip from Canada to Arizona I experienced trouble with my motorhome which had begun to run very rough. I did a Google search and found Black Tech and was impressed with their high ratings so decided to give them a call. Vernon offered to help me at one and, despite being very busy had my rig running perfectly in just a few hours time. He is not only a good mechanic but he is also a kind, compassionate, wonderful human being and I thank him very much for his assistance.
Leonard at BlackTec Auto is our hero! We have a 2007 Sprinter that would lose power when we are driving (shortly after start up). In the past year we have had it to another local automotive shop twice and then to the Dodge Dealer 3 times to have it fixed. Each time they hooked it up to their computer to run diagnostics and then make some repairs according to the diagnostics. Each cost and repair did not repair the problem ($3000.00 later). When these repairs did not fix the problem the Dodge Dealer and the other automotive repair shop told us we probably needed an entire exhaust system repair for about $8000.00. We took our 2007 Sprinter to BlackTec and Leonard looked at it with an eyes on method and crawled under the vehicle took a picture with his phone and showed it to us. We had a HUGE split in the hose leading to the Turbo that was causing the problem! It was replaced with a new hose at a cost of $225.00. Our 07 Sprinter is back on the road again and running GREAT! We are shocked that the Dodge Dealer after 3 times in could not see this. We are greatfull for finding BlackTec and HIGHLY recommend this company!!
I stopped in a bit late for a minor repair. They had me in and out the door in no time for a very reasonable price. Friendly and nice environment.

Dont expect any type of help on warranty work to be honored. Customer Service should be first if you want repeat business. I won't be back.
