Had a good experience. We ordered a big popcorn serving and watched our movie(Godzilla) in cinema 14. Went here with friends.
There was no crowd, had to wait a little bit at the food lines. Would personally bring my own food as the food was a bit overpriced.
An overall fun place to go. Staff is also friendly.
NO RECLINERS EXCEPT THIER PREMIUM X- PLUS THEATRE. HUGE VARIETY OF SNACKS, FOOD, DRINKS, AND ALCOHOL BEVERAGES. CLEAN, FRIENDLY STAFF AND I WOULD RECOMMEND THIER APP TO GET GREAT DISCOUNTS!
Loved it! Auditorium #7 is the best. Great sound, screen, reclining seats and very convenient, I ordered everything online including food. Fully recommended.
The deluxe theater itself was nice. The seats recline, are spacious, and are comfortable. You pre-purchase which seat you want and the matinee was about $18 (4/24). Plenty of choices of fast food including Starbucks. The food as you would expect is overpriced. Overall it's a decent movie theater.
Overall great place. Only has 3 stars mainly because of the lack of alcoholic drinks after 10pm and the seats in the back row. To give you context, my movie started at 10pm and I drove from Springfield, Massachusetts.
I had a great time here. The management here is AMAZING. I asked for a manager and got the best service. She was nice and took care of my cousin and I who drove an hour away to get here. Thank you for a great experience.
The seats in the back row of the theater have a weird angle and you actually miss out on what's on the bottom portion of the screen when fully reclining. I'm unsure why this is but it created a bad experience for my friends and I. Other than that, the place is extremely clean, professional, and beautiful.
The food was great. Cannot complain at all. Plus there were meal deals here which is always a plus. I wish alcohol was served with it but unfortunately alcohol was not an option as they were closed after 10pm.
When going to the movies, it should be a nice experience, and Blackstone Valley delivers. The theater rooms are big enough and the seats are comfortable. I enjoy coming here and I think you will too.
Amazing theater huge and clean and lines moved fast. Senior Wednesday wow less.than 8 dollars and a coupon for popcorn and a drink for less than 5 bucks. Nice recliner seating clean seats great sound system wish they were near where I lived. I would.gonto the movies more often.
They offer no help with purchases through the app. The service was terrible, both upfront and the snack bar. Everyone seems to be in a “what do you want” kind of an attitude, rather than a “how can I be of help.” I’ve never experience such a depressing environment when out for a movie. I would think twice before choosing this place.
