Wish I could give this place more stars because the pizza is decent but the last 3 or 4 times we’ve been here over the years they just cannot get our order right. Pizza is ALWAYS missing ingredients, shorting us on ranch or garlic butter, etc. This time we ordered a large veggie pizza with added artichoke, garlic, and pineapple and they made us a plain cheese pizza with pineapple. Come on people, step it up.
Was going to order family deal the phone recording said it was $28.99 then they want to charge me over $48.00 I speak to the manager he was nice but wouldn't honor the price advertised on the phone system I think k they should honor what's advertised when you call but that's just me but otherwise manager was polite so I give him a 3.5 star 5 if he would have honored the price
I have ordered online and been to this location. I've had a great experience! Good customer service and oredering online was very easy and fast!
HORRIBLE experience from this location.
We only ordered 2 containers of IceCream and 16 wings, which is a pretty simple order.
It took a literal hour for our food to get here. Crazy.
Our IceCream was soft and this is the container of wings we were handed.
The delivery driver looked homeless and when we asked him for napkins he gave us a crumpled bunch. Super classy.
DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. Pizza is tasty, but we just found a piece of PLASTIC in our pizza!!!!!! We called and spoke to the manager and they apologized, but honestly it felt like they just wanted to get us off the phone. Choose a different location. Plastic piece was a little longer than a nickel. Huge choking hazard and seriously not okay.
Contacted them about my experience and let’s say Heath doesn’t care about the customers. Huge lack of customer service. I’ll just dispute my order and chargebacks are not cheap. I’ll send proof I intended working out a resolution no effort was made on black jacks end.
This particular chain has been on top of their game the last two orders were delivered early. Call here if you like quick hot pie

They can get quite busy so order in advance for seamless pickup.
