I had the pleasure of meeting black at a tattoo convention in my hometown in Baltimore. Out of a whole room of tattoo artist I was lucky to of found black. He made me feel very comfortable for my first tattoo, and I am still in all of his artwork.Thank you again Black!!
When I arrived for my appointment (on time) my artist, Cat, wasn't there yet. The person at the desk called Cat, and said she would be there soon. 20 minutes after my appointment was supposed to start, Cat called me and said she was having a family emergency and I could either wait for another 30 minutes for her to get there or reschedule. I want to get my booking fee refunded but Cat refused, saying all booking fees are nonrefundable. I would totally understand this if i was the one who wanted to cancel, or if it was a deposit on a piece. Emergencies happen, but it's not easy for me to reschedule. It's completely unprofessional to keep someone waiting that long and then refuse to refund the booking fee.
Edited to add: Cat did refund the booking fee.
I highly recommend going to this tattoo shop!!! The artists are very nice, and they do a very good job with their work!!!

If I could give 10 stars I would no doubt! My man black hooked me up good with this awesome piece in honor of my kid. If you think it he truly can ink it!
Bo was my artist he's good artist if you can get him to show up or answer you back. I purchased a 700 dollar unlimited 6 month tat package he was offering and after I paid him could not get him to respond to do any sessions. I think he did 2 sessions for 2 hours a piece for the 700 and i tipped him 50 to 80 bucks each session. So for an unfinished piece that has about 400 bucks worth of work I paid about 850. I had to have another artist ho over all his work anyways so it wasn't worth it.
This place is amazing. My family of four walked in and found out we should have made an appointment, but the owner “Black” still got us in. They were quick, they brought our family tatoo idea to life. It was better than what we expected. Kaleb was very helpful with the entire process. Now my daughters say they are never going anywhere else for their tattoos. Great experience!! Great customer Service and great work!
