This was our first time here and Michele made it am amazing experience! The steaks are delicious. We loved the 2 for $55 special! It was perfect!! Thank you Michelle for walking us through all of the options and suggestions.
First time!! The food was amazing. I loved the 8 oz filet and the sweet potatoes fries and honey sauce!! Oh…and the pretzel app was the best I’ve ever had. Michelle our server was great and helping me as a newbie. She was so kind and helpful.
Michelle was an amazing waitress!! Came here for an early Mother’s Day, we had a table of 8 and she went above and beyond for us! Thank you for making it a great brunch for my mom and our family ❤️❤️❤️
My family and I came for a birthday dinner and we had fantastic service from Madison! she was so lively and welcoming. Through our whole meal (which was absolutely delicious!!) she would come around to talk and joke with us all while continuing to be a productive staff member! I encourage anyone who wants to eat at Black Rock Hartland to request to be seated with Madison for the best and friendliest of servers! (also the server with the best laugh! we love you madison!)
This place is so good! I would share pictures of the food but you need to go try it out yourself. You get to cook your own meat, how awesome!! Taylor was our waitress and she was the best, super informative , super attentive , excellent service !
Michelle is an exceptional worker! I went in on my birthday and she made me feel valued like no one else! She provided excellent service while going above and beyond to meet our needs! Haven’t had service like she provide in too long!
We stopped in traveling through town and had a wonderful lunch! I enjoyed the vegetarian stir fry and was pleasantly surprised that it was fresh and well cooked. Michelle made great recommendations for my wife who afterward said, “My stomach is happy!”
This is a great restaurant.
You need to order the Burgundy Mushrooms with your steak - you won’t be disappointed.
Ask to sit in Michelle’s section. She was an absolutely fabulous server. She had great suggestions - like the cheesecake to go and the clam chowder. Michelle is a foodie. She was wonderful.
The 8 oz filet was cooked to perfection.
Plus it has a full bar.
This is a must stop if you’re traveling along US 23 or on your way to U of M in Ann Arbor. It is a very comfortable restaurant.
