Title: Exceptional Dining Experience at Black Rock Steak House, Thanks to Waitress Beth
I recently dined at Black Rock Steak House and was thoroughly impressed by every aspect of my experience. From the moment I walked in, the ambiance was inviting and the staff were welcoming. However, what truly elevated my dining experience was the outstanding service provided by our waitress, Beth.
Beth went above and beyond to ensure that my party and I had a memorable evening. She was attentive, knowledgeable, and had a genuine passion for ensuring our satisfaction. Her recommendations were spot on, and her attention to detail was commendable.
The food itself was exquisite. Each dish was expertly prepared, showcasing the highest quality ingredients and culinary craftsmanship. The sides were delicious complements to the main course.
What truly sets Black Rock Steak House apart is the interactive dining experience. Cooking your own steak on a hot volcanic rock at your table is not only fun but also ensures that each bite is cooked exactly to your liking. If you don’t want to cook it yourself, just have the chefs there do it! I enjoyed doing it myself however.
Overall, I cannot recommend Black Rock Steak House enough, and much of that recommendation is owed to the exceptional service provided by Beth. She truly made our evening unforgettable, and I look forward to returning soon for another outstanding dining experience.

For trying a new restaurant this one stands out in particular. They give you the option to cook your steak yourself on a black rock slab they bring out for you. It definitely is a pricey place to go, but I'd say it was worth it. The wait when I arrived was 45 minutes and it was quite busy. Overall though, the food was delicious and the only thing I'd recommend is don't spend 9.99 on one slice of cheesecake lol
In town for business and our group went for dinner. It was my first time, and it was fun to get the sirloin with the hot rock to cook the steak on. The food was great and we had friendly service. My only complaint is that I got spattered by the cooking steak, and my clothes now have a smokey odor. My cider was amazing. It was a fun place to go with the group and watch the games.
Love this place, we visit every year when we are in town for Hamvention! This is our favorite place to have dinner! Food is excellent, great staff and clean restaurant! Love getting together here year after year! Recommend anything cooked on the stone as it's pretty neat to cook your own food!
The food was amazing! Such a unique experience. The service was excellent. Also, they actually paced your food, so you didn't get your salad and then two minutes later get your main course. The apple cider vinaigrette is delicious, so is the dueling pretzel and the fried pickles. This is definitely something you need to experience at least once.
Celebrating a birthday today. Called Thursday to see if I could do priority seating for early Sunday afternoon.
With our size group, they offered us the private dining room, which I graciously accepted. This was perfect for us.
We had great service. She was very attentive. Some of us ordered steaks to cook on the lava rock. This was a fun experience! Ordered a side of mushrooms, which is enough to share with several people. The coconut shrimp was very good, as well as the shrimp cooked on the lava rock. We ordered 3 desserts to share. Should have stuck with ordering 2. So much to share!
A different dining experience that was worth the hour drive for us. Look forward to dining there again.
Great place for date night. I had the sirloin and shrimp. It was awesome! My husband had Lamb
Chops which he raves was equally as delicious. We took our time to enjoy our meal and did not feel rushed. There was a bit of lingering smoke in the air, but considering the dining concept it was easily endured. Plus any place that puts glitter in a drink is a 10 in my
Book!
I had a great time. Will definitely be returning. My husband visits the area for work and has been looking forward to taking me. I was not disappointed!
