This was my first time getting tattoo removal and I couldn't have chosen a better place. I came to him to get 4 tattoos removed from my forearm. Grant was awesome, knowledgeable, and like all the other reviews mentioned, he makes you feel at ease. He truly has the best and most reasonable prices in town and he had me in and out during my lunch break. Already looking forward to next month!
Grant is the man! Not only is he extremely welcoming, personable, and a genuinely nice person. He also takes the time to explain everything to you, and walk you through the whole process. I came all the way from DC, on business, and sought out the best removal that didn't cost a down payment on a house (see DC, MD, VA). Black Out Tattoo Removal happens to be the cheapest laser tattoo removal studio in the Minneapolis/St. Paul area (I called all around, for weeks). I will be back, all the way from DC (yes it's cheaper to fly to Minnesota and get a session, than it is for a single session back home). Grant was so professional and friendly. I had one session to lighten up two tattoos and have the next one set up. He made sure I was comfortable and explained the procedure. The process was quick, affordable and he followed infection control procedures. Aftercare was throughly explained and I was sent home with a print out. I highly recommend!!
