If I could give this place a 10 star review, I would. Blake made my experience relaxing, comfortable, treated me with the upmost respect and courtesy. During my 4 1/2 hour session, he consistently engaged in conversation and made the entire tattoo experience very pleasant. I highly highly recommend Black Moth Tattoo in Rogers, Arkansas to anyone looking to get aQUALITY tattoo!

Blake is such a kind and awesome person, I love the atmosphere of his shop, and ESPECIALLY his work. I have gotten all of my work done with him, and I will never go anywhere else. He is the best tattoo artist in the state of Arkansas. Thanks again!!!
I have gotten multiple pieces from Blake and each one has been top notch amazing. He’s super chill and easy to hang with. His artistic ability is off the charts and I would recommend anybody to get somethin from him. I have a decent amount of hours in on my body and Blake has easily been my favorite guy to get work from. 5 stars all day long.
Can’t begin to explain how happy I am with my tattoos from Blake! I’m about 17 hours into my current sleeve and there’s never an awkward or uncomfortable moment, he’s down to earth and easy to talk to. He makes sure his clients are comfortable and his ideas are conveyed thoroughly before he starts working on them. Blake takes pride in his work and his results show it! I get compliments everywhere I go and I’m sure to recommend him for everyone who asks! 25/10
Blake is an amazing artist! Exceptionally smooth and made a 6hr sit nearly painless! The storefront is extremely relaxing and Blake is an excellent conversationalist so those 6hrs seemed like 1. Already made plans to get a full sleeve done by this badass artist! I couldn't recommend Black Moth Tattoo and Blake more!
Blake is really kind and very talented! I get compliments on the daily for my lovely lady and am very excited to continue getting my Greek mythology leg sleeve done by him! 6 and a half hours down, SO many more to go and I can't wait to see what else he comes up with.
