Not a bad lunch opportunity, just traveling through & was able to get sat immediately. The food came out pretty quickly though not exactly as orderd. The bison burger may or may not have been bison, it tasted like a regular back yard beef burger from the grocery store. Not bad, just not the tasty bison I'd hoped for at that price point.
Good food, friendly server. A bit pricey. Had the tray of four slider size burgers. Great burgers! Had a bit of a surprise when checking out and it came in at $30. Hangover and Jalapeño Popper were my favorite burgers.
Excellent dining experience! Wait Staff was outstanding, and very attentive. Food for our party was well prepared, and attractively plated. Salad Bar was included with entrees, and items were fresh, and well stocked. This business has a lower level meeting area available that includes a PowerPoint Screen, as well as a Stage that folds down from the Wall like a Murphy Bed. The upper level features a 3 Bedroom Suite, with a large Living Room space. There are Pool Tables in the meeting area, as well as the suite. Overall, this is a clean, attractively appointed set-up that can provide services easily tailored to fit your needs. My party came here for dinner, but will certainly consider this for future meetings in this area.
Great burgers steaks salads seafood appetizers wine and beer plus more in a relaxed updated rustic setting. There are booths and tables. Service is casual & attentive - very fitting. I've been here many times and never been disappointed
For small town in Kansas I could not believe this place. Ice cold beer and a great big burger doesn't get much better. There is a Sriracha burger that was fantastic! Highly recommend it.

If you get beer and notice a strange ring on bottom of your glass, DO NOT poke it or, you could earn yourself a beer flavored salad!
Our meal was really good and it was nice to have a laugh after my husband surprised action.
When I'm in a different town than the one I live in, I like to try restaurants that don't exist where I live. I especially love locally owed places. On the advice of a teacher in Syracuse, I tried Black Bison. I will be back. It's 2 hours from my house and in a different time zone, but it's worth it.
I had a BLT and fried mushrooms. It's hard to mess up a BLT, but it's also hard to make one pop. Theirs was outstanding. Thick cut bacon, thick cut tomatoes, leaf lettuce, on toasted and buttery wheat bread. The mushrooms were solid too. Big guy portions.
They have a fresh salad bar. So yummy & refreshing! I ordered a delicious ribeye with sweet potato wedges. It was cooked perfectly.???? (I wish I was there so I could order another one!)
