We went towards the end of the shift but they didn't rush us. The food was great! The people were very nice. Thanks for a wonderful graduation dinner for my niece!
Second visit, first visit was not very good. This visit - 25 min wait, sat at the counter, immediately ordered coffee/omelet.
Food came rather quickly, noticed my spinach came outside of my omelet not in it, overload of onions, tiny bit of egg shell in it.
After awhile the hostess randomly said “see if you had waited to sit out there, you’d still be waiting” which was odd…
Overall, food was good, coffee was ok.
Prices as expected for a diner.
Wow, where do I even begin? This morning we decided to stop on by black bear. The food was amazing, the host amazing. Our server was nothing short of phenomenal! She waltzed to our table with a smile that could outshine the sun and provided service so stellar, it left us starstruck. Every request was met with lightning speed and a grace that could rival a ballet dancer. If I could give more than five stars, I'd sprinkle them like confetti! An unforgettable experience, all thanks to our server Aaliyah. ????????????????????
Haven’t been to this place since I was a child but I remembered it being really good so decided to give it another try. I went with three friends all but one meal had issues. I ordered a meal that included mashed potatoes, the potatoes were so cold it felt like they had just been pulled out of the fridge. Another meal included hashbrowns and bacon both were rock solid. Server spoke zero English we had to use our google translate to communicate and she didn’t check on us once the entire time we were there. I definitely do not recommend this place and I can’t believe how down hill it’s gone
I’ve been a huge fan and steady customer since BBDiner opened, but service is on the decline. Food is good and bathrooms are clean, but likely will not return. 4.26.24 took the family about 6:30- I felt terrible that we inconvenienced the hostess by walking in and needing a seat. She must have had something very important on her phone as she gave an audible sigh, no greeting, tossed our menus on the table and returned to her phone. The food was good, I don’t mind waiting for hot food, this was not hot but still good. The kitchen expo was prepping salads, touching food, her phone, her face, etc without washing hands or wearing gloves. Our server was very attentive but never brought our check, we approached the cashier (manager?) who was inconvenienced to look up from her phone, but only after about 10 seconds of awkward silence. Service from all but our server was not only unprofessional, but unfriendly. I’m sure management can connect the dots between the amount of empty seats on a Friday night and the level of customer service provided.
Never had anything bad here. The pancakes are the best anywhere and all the food is prepared perfectly. Portions are ridiculous and flavors are amazing.
The food was okay at best. Steak was over cooked. The potatoes were under cooked. Everything was cold. Ironically, the best part was the pancakes... And they were obviously Bisquick. The greeter was amazing though.
Never been here before and was pleasantly surprised how good it was. The breakfast dishes were the most delicious I think I have had in a restaurant. The chicken avocado club was unfortunately not my favorite.
Service was so nice and attentive.
