THEY HAVE A ROBOT! ????????
I had just purchased my membership, and so I decided to go up there and see what I could see. It was a quiet shopping experience. I was able to saunter through each aisle and see a lot of items and products that you can't get in other stores as well as some really great prices. Overall a nice experience. I will make my way up there at least once a month to stock up.

Done with this club. No produce, no chicken, the shelves are always bare, quality lacking, and the gas station is ridiculous to try and fuel up at. The fact that you have to clip coupons at a warehouse store to get deals is in itself a hassle and that is assuming the coupons actually work, as most do not. Won't be renewing. Costco or Sams would be a far better bet and much cheaper in the long run.
BJ's wholesale club in Chesterfield is the place to get a membership! Prices and selections here are excellent. Underated
store for sure and it's never been overcrowded like the other wholesale stores! The workers are always so pleasant and welcoming too!
Melissa at the snack shop, always has a smile on her face and she's so kind whenever I stop by for a pretzel or a cookie for my son.
BJ's is a good place to pick up bulk food and other items. Decent membership prices. It's a large store and not overly crowded with merchandise and people. Large parking lot, too. Can order online. In-store pickup and delivery are available. Discount gas station is available for members.
Food (meat, dairy, fish, pre-made products, etc) is usually good. Vegetables are not very fresh, though. Deli meats can be questionable, too. It is best to do in-store shopping to pick out fresh products. Also, many items that are purchased in the past may not be available again. Seems once they run out of something, it's never sold there, again. ????
Store manager had Fertilizer next to baked goods. Store smelled like manure. I told the store manager and he told me to 'walk faster' by it. I then put my cart away and said I won't shop in a store like that. He told me to leave and that he was revoking my membership and laughed about it. I told him I didn't care. I do not buy food with manure next to it!! I switched to Sam's club with in 30 minutes. This store manager is rude and needs to be fired!
Chesterfield location, This place is awful. All that money for a yearly membership, yet their bulk prices aren’t any cheaper than online or the next store. On top of that, the gas isn’t even worth getting. Same price as other gas stations in the area , and you don’t have to wait in a ridiculous line. Overall definitely don’t recommend the membership better off going to Sam clubs etc.
So I November 30 BJ’s took money out of my account for to renew my account which I didn’t authorize and I’ve been going back-and-forth with this guy named Jack saying my account will be counted in 7 to 10 days but since it’s on auto renewal it was 2-3 weeks and now I still have not received my money and he keeps on saying wait three days three days he keeps saying the same thing BJ’s is garbage there’s no one ever there when I go to the store it’s not worth $55 Costco is 60 they’re nowhere near Costco. They’re only worth maybe five dollars I want my money give my money BJ’s you’re greedy you’re keeping my money. It’s been over a month you are keeping my money!!!
The prices aren’t really as good as you think for a wholesale club. Make sure you read the fine print on any offers they have, for example spend $150 Between certain dates and receive a free turkey. The fine print that you have to squint for states in one transaction unfortunately, mine was spent in 2 Therefore, no turkey. The place is always clean. You may find a product one week and buy it, but you may never see it again.
