Best WLM Reviews
Great food. Good drink choices both kids and adults. Had a couple snafus with one of the meals and the check but all and all, good experience. It is on the expensive side tho. $10 for a beer, $3.75 for a pop so it adds up quick. 3 ppl, 2 app, 2 beers, 1 pop and three dinners $115. Granted one of the meals was a full rack of baby back ribs but you take that whole person's dinner off and it would have still been $80+ for 2 ppl.
Celebrated Valentine's Day early last night with delicious food and drinks! Calum provided an excellent experience and recommended the dip trio app to start! Couldn't leave without a Cookies & Cream Pizookie!
Thank you!! We will be back! ????
Food was great. The crispy chicken sandwich was perfect. Chicken was crispy and moist. The California Flatbread wasn't bad at all. My only gripe was the pizza. The price was a bit steep for what you get. We ordered a mini chicken bacon ranch pizza and although wasn't bad... $15 was a bit much.
witnessed a dine and dash; with the whole plate untouched. that tells you something.
the server? knock knock, who’s there? an owl? WHO????!!! where was she? we ordered and got the check and that’s all.
had what was called a club sandwich? ever hear of red bottom heels? try soggy bottom chicken blt. also, needed more fries.
chips and salsa. salsa, was good. gauc was too thick for the chips… or the chips was too thin. whatever angle you want to take.
mac n cheese balls. tasted like nothing unless dipped in what we thought was yum yum sauce. hibachi anyone?
best part of the whole experience? the alcohol. the drinks were on POINT (obviously) but i guess doing mid to top shelf names without my knowledge would do that.
will not be back or will dine and dash.
Absolutely outstanding service from Maddie at BJ’s in South Hills Pittsburgh! From the moment I walked in, Maddie greeted me with a warm smile and went above and beyond to ensure my dining experience was exceptional. She made great suggestions about the menu. Her attentiveness, friendly demeanor, and knowledge of the menu truly made my visit memorable. The food was delicious, but Maddie’s exceptional customer service truly stole the show. I highly recommend visiting BJ’s and asking for Maddie – she’ll make your dining experience one to remember!
First time there, was excited to try it. Not good. My wings were luke warm, French fries were cold. My kid's French fries tasted like old fryer oil. Wife orderd a salad with alvacadoes and they forgot the alvacadoes. Also noticed one of the guys who cleans tables throwing food scraps under the table. Not once but twice!!! One bench had some fries on it. He picked them up, threw them under the bench then wiped off the bench. He should be fired. This behavior and action is probably why there is a slight smell to the restaurant. Add to that the food is overpriced. The server was excellent. Only good thing about my experience.
Read more reviews, food is average taste but expensive. I suggest eating elsewhere for better food and a better bang for your buck.
Yes, we won't be back.
Jenny was awesome and her service was pleasant! The environment here is chic and very neat, like you can expect from any BJ’s. The pizza was fantastic (which is saying something for me because I’m NOT a fan of deep-dish), the mozzarella sticks were very very crispy, and their iconic pizookie never disappoints!
The food is good when they make it properly! Everytime we get takeout, multiple things are missing. Last time, the ice cream to the pizookie and toppings on the sandwich. This time, I got the tuna salad, there is no avocado or red onions, and I asked for no cilantro but it's everywhere. Just not what I expected for $20. My husband always gets a burger and they have gotten those right both times.
