Had a wonderful meal here tonight. Keri was such a great bartender and the drinks really hit the spot! I loved the gluten sensitive selection of foods. The tri tip was out of this world! I had to get the gluten-free pizookie to go so I could savor some now, and some later. I will absolutely be back for a great meal with Keri recommending the delicious eats!
Spectacular place to eat. This visit was with a large party of friends and co-workers. Our waitress Patty was amazing, she handled our orders like a champ, kept our drinks Topped off without having to ask, she always knew and remembered what we were drinking as she brought us refills, never had to be reminded.
The atmosphere here is warming and inviting. The menu has great choices, daily specials that won't disappoint.
The food was hot, fresh, and very tasty, met, and exceeded my expectations.
Most of the time, I avoid dessert, but I could not resist the famous Pizookie after hearing it mentioned several times in the crowd, then seeing it in its own category in the menu. Between our crowd, several of these grand desserts were ordered split up and shared amongst us all. Needless to say, most of us got a sample from almost every Pizookie on the menu.
All of us left happy, constantly talking about how good it was, what we would have next, and the Pizookie we would eat next. For all of us, it was our very first visit, sadly only here for a week, and eager to return.
We stopped for a lunch of appetizers and had a good time. Food was good and quick and the pizookie dessert was excellent.
I'm mixed about this restaurant. The food was quite good; dip trio plus salsa with house made chips was delicious, strawberry salad, filet and loaded baked potato were very good, the chili was OK but bland. Our waitress was less than stellar asking us to repeat alot but then again the music was up wayyyyy too loud for a Tuesday at 1:30pm. With the exception of the appetizer, the food came out in a strange way as the salad to one person and only the filet to another were served at one time then the dinner salad (to accompany the filet) a few minutes later.....kitchen mixup? We sat in a booth at the bar and the counter edge (which was actually the top of the partial wall separating the bar from the dining room) was very dusty-not a good look. I'm not certain if I would go back or not.
Punchline here is that if you only have an hour for lunch, this is definitely not the place to go to.
This place was not swamped when we came in maybe it was 40% full and for lunch hour that does not seem bad at all. Actually I think we were a little bit past the lunch hour because we didn’t get here till 1230..
So our small group of three arrived here at 12:30 we knew that we had to be out by 145 so we wasted no time and placed our order within the first five minutes of being seated .
1 o’clock rolls around we’ve seen the server zero times since being seated . As she’s walking by at 1pm, I catch her and tell her hey we have to leave by 1:15 so we either need to get this to go or cancel the order. She said she’ll check on the food comes back at 1:10 and asked us if we want to cancel the order or have it packed to go. At this point, I tell her just pack it up because we have to leave.
I would’ve at least expected that we would’ve had our single appetizer of avocado rolls within 30 minutes of placing the order, but that did not happen.
We got the ticket and paid and out at 1:18
We ordered one appetizer and it still wasn’t even there at 30 minutes in.
I’m sure this place is nice. It looks nice. The prices are nice and juicy but something went horribly wrong with our situation.
Seems kind of like more of the quietly quitting , work as slow as you can thing happening across America. Call.
Anyway, I will never risk coming to this place during the lunch hour again if I only have an hour and I would recommend that you be cautious too.
BJs never disappoints at all. They have good selection of foods in both appetizers and main courses for everyone (including Vegetarians). This is our most favorite restaurant. Avocado egg rolls, Chicken wings, Chicken dumplings, Mozzarella sticks are highly recommended for appetizers. BJs Chicken Alfredo Pasta tastes way better than the ones offered in nearby Italian restaurants. I would highly recommend to try Soba noodles with both Chicken and shrimp. Our Kids love Pizookies. During Weekend it gets busy but we don’t mind waiting.
Food was great but the service (not the server) was horrible!
Our server was very nice but was new and missed several things. It was over an hour before half of us got our food, another 20 minutes before the other half got theirs (party of 7). Every one of our meals was lukewarm at best, one was flat out cold and had to be sent back. The food flavor was fine (not terrible but not great). Not anywhere near a nice dining experience, we don’t plan to go back.
