The environment is very calm. Tables are clean very nice service. The food is delicious with a clean taste. This is a really nice place nothing to salty nothing under seasoned. I got the crispy jalapeño burger with the side fries fries, perfectly crisp, the burger, perfectly juicy. the nice crisp, but the jalapeños in the burger itself is amazing, overall five stars definitely come back
We went here for a quick stop on our 8 year anniversary and even though we don't expect 5 star service this was ridiculous. We ordered salad and appetizers and it all came out at the same time as our meal. Not one single dish was picked up during our entire meal and it all piled up on our table, the salad was not good and the lettuce was brown, we did not have our drinks refilled one single time, not once were we asked how our meal was because clearly nobody cared, we ordered triple pizookies and the server tried to bring vanilla ice cream because the chocolate was too hard to scoop. By the time the chocolate ice cream came (in a tub instead of scooped on the dish) the pizookies were cold and we were no longer interested in eating the rest of them by the time we scooped our own ice cream out. There was melted vanilla ice cream all over it (which I do not like so I ordered chocolate) underneath the chocolate. When we were packing up to leave, someone came to clean our table but had no motivation to do it while we were sitting there. With a $100 check, there should have been some remnant of good service. I would have been happy if it was just OK but it was not. The service was poor, my food was cold, my ice cream was wrong and melted. Do not spend a special occasion here
Looks can be very deceiving. This stakes presentation is amazing. although when you cut into the stake, it is raw. It is cold and is seared just on the outside. Our stakes were supposed to be medium well. The chips for the spinach artichoke dip were burnt or baked twice. I'm not quite sure what was going on there. The service was OK in the young lady, Amy tried to get an attitude with me. Because I was unhappy with the food, not to mention. We ordered an appetizer, and it came out after the dinner came out. Who does that. I always thought it was a custom that you get the appetizer prior to your entry. In fact, I have worked in the food business for 10 years. Never once did. I take someone's food out before the freaking entree. Our bill ended up being $13. that was for the drink that my boyfriend had. We did not eat the food. anyone reading this can know that we do not order the food. Eat the food, then complain about the food. That's not how we do it. Baby says the beer was good.
I ordered the new cinnamon roll pizookie dessert for takeout and there was no icing on the cinnamon rolls or in a container in the bag. I called and spoke with the manager and they promised to email a gift card and I never received it. This is the worst experience I have ever had. The cinnamon roll pizookie was ruined without the icing!!! I am very upset I was lied to about the gift card as well!!! This is unacceptable!!
Ordered chicken but mid way through waiting for our food the waitress came to tell us there was no more chicken. Reason why I only posted pizza. We were celebrating a birthday was not an enjoyable experience. Our waitress was overwhelmed and had a lot going on. May try the other location.
This is my “well done” steak that still had blood on the plate. It came out ice cold from sitting in the back and it was not cooked. The bartender -was the rudest most inattentive server I have ever encountered in my life! I felt Uncomfortable with the whole experience and I left starving!!!

BJs is a go to for me and the family whenever we all want something different. We always feel accommodated by the menu selections. Plus the service is the best!
I honestly enjoyed my experience here , our server was nice and our food was received at a decent time! Me and my family will be returning:)
