I enjoy a good meal, especially when celebrating special occasions like Mother’s Day and this place did not live up to its expectations. The only tasty thing on the menu I tried was the California flatbread as appetizer. I ordered fish and chips— it was tasteless, soggy batter, oily, and it barely tasted like fish. I ate one but I gave up because it wasn’t worth it. The drinks that were displayed as nonalcoholic were not the drinks that were served. The picture had mint leaves in the strawberry dream and the one they brought had no mints and it just didn’t look the same at all. The razzle dazzle berry fizz wasn’t purple like in the picture and it came light blue with candy on top and whipped cream. We didn’t want whipped cream in our drinks. We asked for a water bottle and they still brought tap water which tastes gross. When I asked for the check it came with no folder just a receipt that was placed on the table and got wet from the drinks we barely drank. The to-go box was small and very weak plastic. Maybe there are better items on the menu, but mine experience today was dissatisfying and I came home hungry. Just stay away from the fish and chips and maybe you’ll have a better experience. I appreciate having lots of options, but if they can’t deliver on each item menu they should just eliminate them and keep it simple but tasty.
The deep dish pizza is not at all a real deep dish, first off… it was a TON of thick bread, and hardly any sauce or cheese. Very disappointing, especially since it was a $32 pie. There really should have been a lot more sauce and cheese, and the crust should have been more like a pie crust, but it was kinda like a big ‘pan pizza’ or something. It was served in a deep dish though ????
On the other hand, the clam chowder was gone pretty quickly (my teenage son’s lunch), and I had an Ahi Poke appetizer that was really quite tasty.
Overall, we were pretty sad about the pizza, but the food was flavorful. Honestly, we probably won’t go again cause we wanted a deep dish.
Very nice and calming place for a dinner night!! Food were delicious ????. The service from our waitress was amazing, I don’t know her name but she checked on us several times making sure we got everything we needed!! Definitely coming back to try other options
2 stars for the kids meals which where great and the starter kids snack is genius! But the adult meals where gross: we couldn’t even eat a quarter of them it was so bad I don’t know what they are calling a chicken breast but it’s nasty and in no way resembles chicken meat. The broccoli even was somehow as dry as the “chicken” it’s seriously questionable if this is chicken breast but it’s more like flat sludge with zero taist and just inedible! I took home the rest so we could post photos and let others know not to order chicken here ever!
Me and my wife have been to BJ's about 5 times now, this location and by Countryside Mall. The vibe is nice, modern and great lighting. The food is always amazing. Some of the best pot stickers we have ever had. Pizza is always amazing. Service was great also. Lots of different beers if you are into that. Never a bad experience yet, highly recommend
Absolutely horrible! I ordered the Santa Fe salad and the dressing was completely watered down the lettuce was wet and had zero flavor. We also ordered a great white pizza and it had so little cheese on it that the toppings fell off as soon as picking it up but I will admit that it at least had flavor. The icing on the cake was that we ordered a Pizookie and the chocolate ice cream was so freezer burnt that it was fuzzy looking and the center was a block of ice, They said it happens because the chocolate is not as popular I guess meaning it was old. To fix this they took away the pizookie and brought us icecream ,,,, no cookie ,,, like really?
I enjoyed my dine in experience. Crystal was absolutely amazing!! She had a great energy about her. She was very informative and she also helped me get signed up with the rewards program. Her service alone would make me want to come back to this location. On top of that the food was absolutely delicious And the atmosphere was super relaxing.

Our server was super nice and every time we come here food is always good .
We like heart there’s so much to do around displeased with the mall being 2 feet away, and it’s a great spot for a quick bite and some drinks !
I feel like the other locations are slightly better in terms of the food menu, but maybe it’s just cause we came late !
It was very clean in here, except I felt like the tables were a little too close to each other, which wasn’t a big ordeal, but compared to the other BJ’s this was slightly close seated.
I highly recommend any of the lemonade/tea’s. I got the lavender lemonade sparkling, which was fantastic and refreshing and we also got the handmade soda which is delicious. of course we got the bouzouki and our favorite one is definitely the salted caramel. On a sidenote I love how they give us the option that we could just get one mini!
