Best WLM Reviews
Phoenixville has put together a great collection of restaurants, bars and breweries in its downtown. Bistro on Bridge is definitely one of the large ones and offers a great indoor / outdoor option. Overall, a great vibe. The menu featured numerous options for all tastes and prices were fair. Our server was very friendly and the meal came out quickly. Worth a visit.
The service was great. The atmosphere was good. The food however was rather disappointing. The truffle fries were soggy and lacked any texture or crisp. The burger was on the saltier side and failed to reach any kind of balance.
Bistro on Bridge is an awsome modern/casual spot to meet up for apps/drinks. Extensive beer and cocktail menu. Unique and tasty appetizers and excellent service. Place is huge and has extra seating and a second bar upstairs. It does fill up though, especially on the weekends.
Went out with some friends after our work shift. I tried the crab cake sliders this time. They were good. This place has brunch options for food and drinks. Good atmosphere and service.
The wife and I try a new place every friday night. We went here friday night at 745p. We waited to be seated for 15 minutes. It's a pretty big menu for drinks and food. The reese's pieces hot chocolate with screw ball was the best thing we had the night here!!! The crab pretzel was the best appetizer we order. The bang bang shrimp wasn't bad or great. The short rib nachos was horrible. But the worst thing that we ordered was the brussel Sprout Bowl. It was cold, it was hard and it wasn't even cooked. I said something to the waitress, and it did take it off our bill. This place reminds me of victory. Where the food comes out super fast, and it's been pre made. It's sad because Phoenixville has a lot of food places to go. But this place isn't not one of them.

Electric atmosphere. Super welcoming staff, I went with the blue cheese burger and it was pronominal.
Pub pretzel was exceptional as well!
I was very excited to check out bistro on bridge! Especially when I saw that they have bottomless mimosas for brunch on sundays. There are very few restaurants that actually even have bottomless mimosas outside of the city. The mimosas were totally worth it!
I ordered the Asparagus & Goat Cheese Bowl which was very good! The egg was cooked perfectly and mixed really well with the cheese and asparagus.
The Breakfast Burger was also very good. The cook on the burger was very nicely done and the egg yolk married nicely alongside it.
When it came to the Breakfast Bowl however the roasted red pepper sauce completely took over the whole dish. They were a little heavy handed when pouring over top of the home fries ruining the dish.
The side of homefries and the churro were pretty good!
I can not wait to return! So nice to finally find a place that serves bottomless mimosas.
Generally excellent but one caution.
The server was excellent, His name was Brock. I can't say enough how hard he worked and made sure everything was great. The food we ordered was also excellent. The entertainment, although not expected, was amazing too. Some guy who sang and played guitar over backing tracks....really good!
One problem that really bothered me. They snuck a 15% service charge (mandatory tip) on my bill and I didn't notice until after I added a generous tip of my own and closed out the bill. That really made me mad, I hate that kind of stuff! Luckily Brock did fix it once I caught it and complained. But, what a shame that Bistro does that to their customers! Especially when they have so much else going for their restaurant. I hope they read this and consider changing that practice.
