Sat outside, lovely, large outdoor seating area. It was a busy Sunday at lunch time so we sat in an area that was first come seating and you order at the bar instead of with wait staff. We had to ask twice for the dirty dishes from previous guests to be cleared. Our food took about an hour to come out. My dish had no flavor, so bland. Bartender was very nice. But overall not a great first impression based on the food.
We went solely to try the Impossible burger, and noticed it was also happy hour. We sat at a booth an arms reach from the bar, but were told we wouldn't be able to get any of the happy hour deals unless we ate at the bar. Made no sense, but okay. We ordered one impossible burgers fully dressed, and one plain. They delivered one fully dressed and one with just onions and sauce. We send it back and say this is incorrect, we'd like it plain. Not 2 minutes later the waiter brings back the same plate with the onions just picked off, sauce still soaked into the bun. We had to wait another 5 minutes before finally getting the manager and asking for a new one. Half-hearted apologies were made, and a new burger was delivered 15 minutes later, but no offers on comping the burger. Not impressed for a $40 meal.
FAKE IMPOSSIBLE BURGER! FALSE ADVERTISEMENT! BE AWARE!
A few weeks back I went to Bistro33 to try the Impossible Burger. They are the only restaurant in Davis that offer the burger atm. The "impossible burger" (like it claimed on the menu) however wasn't an impossible burger, but some other, probably cheaper and less meat tasting alternative! How do I know? I just tried the impossible burger at a different restaurant and went into the kitchen of that restaurant to validate my concern. So be aware, they false advertise what they serve you! I feel ripped off, I payed the extra few bucks to get the impossible burger.. Sad.

Brunch was good with plenty of offering to please most. Nice size bar and TV's to keep the sports fan entertained.
The vibe the style the place the scene! Wow I can go on and on! Good food great place to hang out and have a good meal
Thank you for offering the Impossible Burger with vegan cheese and mayo. It was nice to be able to sit outside on your patio to enjoy it.
Have been here three times, all for Sunday breakfast. First two times we sat out on the patio - service was great, food was good. This past time we were sat inside. Our waitress was slow and unfriendly, and made excuses for everything. Took a long time to order and receive food, and eventually the bill. I ordered the acai bowl and it came out room temperature - was obviously sitting out too long. Other people in my group ordered hot food and it came out warm. The butter on the pancakes was completely melted. Food this time was just okay. The other server giving us water was on top of it and very friendly. A different waiter even opened the doors when we left and thanked each of us for stopping in. Surprised by our unfriendly and unhelpful waitress and wait time to receive food.
The Preface of this should be that the food here was relatively good and the drinks we intended to order were well made. That being said our wait experience made this dining experience less than pleasant. After sitting down we ordered our first round of drinks over half of which went to the wrong people and some drinks were not even what we ordered. Upon ordering our server did not know the menu well enough to tell us what came on the side with our meals, and did not even offer to go back and check. We ordered another round of drinks intending to get the same drink we had just ordered when the server came back with drinks that had never been placed on the table. Overall a pleasant atmosphere, but the service here would prevent me from returning
