Service is nonexistent. I waited for a server that never came. After 10 minites or more, I found and politely asked a waiter to come over and take my order...10 more minutes of waiting before I had to leave to make my appointment. I went to the front desk to see if I could buy a muffin to-go and they said "no", but that the bistro should have something. Yeah, already wasted 20 mins there. I went away to my appointment hungry. What a frustrating experience.
Here's the deal: folks eat here because it's a hotel with many business minded folks staying there. Speed is key. Speed is utmost in importance. Folks need good food and FAST so they can get where they are going. If you can't offer that, then please at least put some muffins for sale at the front desk (feel free to copy this technique from the many other hotels that do it already).
Ate several times at this establishment during our week stay. The food was delicious but definitely priced on the high end. The chicken quesadilla and the pork chop were definitely a favourite. The burger was also a very delicious menu item.
Drinks were priced at around 15$ a beer which is a little bit on the pricier side and the TVs were small and hard to see from all the bar seating. There are other local options nearby that might be worth the trip if you’re staying long term in the hotel. Service staff hated their jobs and openly told you all about it. They were miserable but still attentive.
This is the worst experience of customer service that I ever had in my life the cook was absolutely horrible about not having enough sauce on the chicken because I said something about it he was totally rude and disrespectful and follow me out of the restaurant as if he wanted to fight do not order wings from here and expect to get more sauce or you will be in some trouble
The worst chicken wings I've ever had they weren't even cooked they were Raw on top of not having enough sauce they weren't even cooked all the way properly this kitchen needs to be shut down before somebody gets sick
I had the salt and pepper calamari and the Philly cheese steak. The salad was honestly the best part of the meal. The calamari wasn't very fresh and was doused in the sauce and the Philly was one of the worst I've ever had. Add that it took forever for someone to come take my order and the cost and I would recommend going to even Applebee's over this place
No complaints I guess. If your at the Marriott for an event and you don't have a car or don't want to drive, then this place is your only option, and it's not cheap. The restaurant itself is good, though I just had a burger and fries for $16. Didn't take long but there was only another party of 2. Solid option, but plan ahead if you coming to the Marriott for a job fair or something.
All I know is when a $14 beer is slung at you by a woman who has had all chance of a personality drained out of her, it doesn't matter if the atmosphere is nice or not .... All I'm thinking about is how I've been robbed during a typical happy hour timeframe, by Miss "I hate my job and you're gonna know it" ... I'll take my chances at some dive bar, thank you.
The philly cheese steak was flavorful but dry, needed aujus or something. The kittle chips were great. Very pricey for chips and sandwich.
Incredible staff - very friendly and cheery in the morning. Breakfast buffet has a large variety of options - or can order from the menu.
