There is not enough words to express how thankful I am, after God put this place in my way, we had an accident very ugly, I couldn't take away the image of my mind when I saw my husband's car destroyed in my mirror, thank God no one got injured, but this people made us forget everything that happen for a moment, they made us laugh, smile and feel so thankful we were alive, we were in our way To FL from PA after the hurricane, and we had the accident at South Carolina, my husband, puppy and I, felt in the middle of no where, we didn't know where to go or do, till we found them, they made us feel like we had a family to count with at South Carolina. THANK YOU SO MUCH TO ALL OF YOU for holding us when we needed the most!!!
I live in Florida and was traveling through S.C. coming home from Tennessee and happened to hydroplane and tear up the left side of my car. My options were to leave it in S.C. and have it repaired there or wait for a transport truck to get full and then have it brought to be fixed in Florida. I choose to keep it at Bishops and that was my biggest mistake. It was there over a month and when I came to pick it up one of my tires was flat. I had my 7yr old that I took for this 12 hour round trip with me so wasn't feeling safe when they assured me the car was ready for the trip. Next was half of the clips that go to the wheel wells weren't in they were in a pile in my backseat about 6 months after the paint started to pit and now it's been a little over a year it's getting worse. Do yourself a favor and stay far, far away from this place!!!
Bishops did an outstanding job on my 2004 ford Sport Trac XLT when I hit a deer that tore up the whole front end and driver side of my truck. All I had to do was drop the truck off with them and they handled all the details with my insurance.
For some reason the radio decided that when they were done with it, it wasn't going to work anymore. No one could figure out why it quit working even though it worked when I dropped it off. The owner of the shop was fantastic and very accommodating about the fluke, and replaced the radio free of charge!
Great job guys! I have used you guys a few times before on my previous car, a 2004 Kia Optima LX, and you guys continue to do and amazing job! Bishops is definitely my number 1 choice for an auto body shop.
I had a little Fender bender in Charleston and did a lot of damage to the front end of my truck.. There was a long list of body parts and truck parts that were needed to fix my Toyota tundra including a new hood radiator and other things and I was real impressed with the down-home feeling and professionalism they have...
Rip off artist, the owner refuses to repair properly. The manager blames techs and then get very rude. Several complaints and they had my car a month
Allen goes out of his way to satisfy the customer.
Slow takes too long to get small work done
