I ordered the Birria tacos but with chicken. They were flavorful and fresh. The elote in the cup was some of the best I’ve ever had.
They make the food to order, so call ahead or plan to wait 15-20 minutes. The truck is in the parking lot of the Shell gas station, so the lot can be a bit congested but that isn’t a big deal for me. I’m a fan of this place and will be back!
We ordered loaded cheese fries and tacos, and they are delicious!
The D-Waffle Pops were Absolutely Amazing! The Tacos were delicious ???? and the Elotes Corn absolutely delicious ????! Everything was so Scrumptious ????
The Birria Ramen was easily a 12/10! So much flavor, it has landed a spot in my top 3 most favorite foods. Highly recommend. I will be a repeat customer moving forward.
I have had birria ramen all over the states even in California and I can definitely say this is the best birria ramen I have ever had. You just can’t go wrong with it. Every time I go, it’s like my first time eating it all over again. Even the birria tacos are good.

Best Mexican food truck to exist. $30 birria pizza was insanely reasonably priced. Fed 4 easily. Was a little long of a line but it went fast. They also have another truck down the road but it does not have the pizza birrias.
Birria ramen and Lengua (beef tongue) taco was AMAZING. Perfect for a cold day (or any day for that matter ????)
