It’s Cool lil clean spot just had the combo Beans and rice were ok birria lacked that Authentic birria Chile Flavor , pretty much shredded beef with red juices ????????♂️. Definitely NOT birria from Tijuana.
OPEN OPEN OPEN Finally, their OPEN
So I tried this new spot. My son and I are big Birria lovers. This place is good and serves you a good amount. Birria is good but might need a bit more seasoning and less fat, but that's just to my liking. My family liked it. I loved the service, 1 of the owners would come to the lobby from the kitchen and ask for customers' input, asking which is their favorite, if it was good or any concerns. It's very rare to see that. Overall, I'm definitely coming back. So people, trust me, stop by before it gets famous, and you have to be waiting in line. I believe they will do great.
P.s. they also have family packages of birria.
We tried one of every taco and they all were amazing!! Delicious, juicy birria - fresh tortilla - great toppings and salsa. The consome was delicious! Will return! Will recommend! A great birria find in Mesa ???????????????? friendly staff and great interior!
First time. We eat a lot of tacos from many different street style places. This was not great. Extremely greasy meat where the crunchy shells were soaked and soggy right when we got them. Beer price is good, but the michelada mix is $5, as much as the beer. They had the doors open, letting a bunch of flies in while we were eating. Not a horrible place, but there are easily many better ones, won't return
Hit the drive thru, so comment much on atmosphere.
Service had a waiting period, I assumed to possibly be frying the quesabirra but they aren’t even fried. I was just waiting. Haha
Quality of food is underwhelming. The taste isn’t all that. The consome is fair but nothing special or unique. Some places already add cilantro and onion to add to flavor, this place doesn’t, so it lacks that element.
The tacos themselves are below average, many other Birria spots with a better taste and quality, in terms of how it’s cooked and prepared.
Oh and the small amount of salsa. Laughable. But I can assume “adjustment to raising costs”. ????
One and done, stop. ????
The food here is amazing. The birria is juicy and tender. I had the burrito and the quesadilla and both were phenomenal. It would have been nice to have some crema or lettuce (owner said she doesn't serve those in her restaurant) to lighten up the food as it's really heavy, but it was still really tasty.

Was so excited to try this birria spot only to be completely disappointed and frustrated. The lady taking my order was so rude and inconsiderate. I always use my manners and asked politely to be given a few minutes only to hear signs and grunts over the speaker. When I was ready to order, the lady was making it impossible to be polite. She was getting frustrated that she couldn't hear me and instead of asking POLITELY to speak up, she demanded I speak up. She could have easily resolved this issue by asking me to pull forward to the window so she can hear me better. Instead I had to correct her behavior and address the situation. I pulled up to the window, address what the issue was and she apologized only to give me more attitude. I HAVE IT RECORED WHEN I PULLED UP TO THE WINDOW. I ignored it because I knew I was never coming back. Then she gave me my food with the bowl of consome UNDER the box of my quesabirria. This lady was old enough to be my tia and yet I have to educate her on manners. I hope this is addressed to the employee as this is extremely damaging to the company.
Really good menu with all kinds of birria items, including tacos, burritos and ramen. The birria meat is great and they don’t skimp. I got tacos and they were filled to overflowing with birria. The restaurant was very clean and the staff was friendly as well. Will definitely stop by again the next time I am in Mesa!
