A large verage taste taco de chivo for 4.99 with good portion of meat. Soup was below average.
Everytime I get food here, the staff is always great with smiles and food is always delicious. Nachos =), try them.
I ate in there what I think must have been 9 months ago. We stood in line to order from a large menu, then sat at one of maybe 8 tables. I had a birria de chibo combo (goat stew in broth with rice and beans) that was served with a bowlette of pico de galo ( or was it a more liquid salsa?) and either tortillas or chips or both. As I remember, the price was in the neighborhood of $11-$12, no drinks. Everything tasted good or really good, but birria, the main dish, was excellent!!! Soft, juicy, meat easing off the smallish bones, and lots of it! Most definitely worth the wait (15-20 minutes, as I recall.) (I am a fan of meats such as goat, lamb, goose, duck, though often eat more conventional meats.) The personnel was very friendly and quite helpful.
I don’t recommend this restaurant. First when you come in it does not look clean. Second, they took more than 35 min to take our food to the table. We order birria and it was NOT good. The meat was so hard I felt like a dog fighting for a peace of meat. I couldn’t enjoy it so I just asked for my bill. So paying for it felt really expensive.
Was significantly over charged. Prices did not match what was posted here.
I was a little skeptical to eat here since I've never tried there food, well I'm glad I did food is absolutely delicious I got the Birria Combination good amount of food the meat is soft and tender, both my daughter and son got the tacos de azada I expected two little tacos but to my surprise they are huge and with good amount of azada, my hubby got the Birria en Caldo de Chivo good amount of meat the caldo was tasty and not runny or watery also it comes with a good amount of homemade tortillas. The one only thing I would change is the chips and salsa chips need seasonings and the salsa roja needs to be more thick less water.
Food is good ,super expensive, becarful and always ask for your receipt, they will try to charge you extra, they did it with me 2 times already, services is bad.
