Spent almost $2000 and still have a crapped out transmission. Also when I received the car back transmission went out two weeks later charge me another $400 and said it was my fault because there was no ground on the transmission is in a 1977 and yes, there was plenty of grounds, ran from the block to the body and so forth. After receiving the car for the second time transmission went out less than six months later, parked the car due to the disappointment and haven’t touched it in four years just recently started messing with it again trying to see what I can do and come to find out, dinky the mechanic bear left parts out of my transmission and the second gear band adjustment had backed all the way out, causing me to lose second gear. these guys here are nothing more than con artist and parts changers don’t take your stuff there.
The reviews about Roger are legit - the man is kind, knowledgeable, and genuine! We went by to get dash light codes run and he gave us solid advice and recommended that our car was okay to keep driving and to come back if we see certain issues. Amazing!
Roger is not only dependable and knowledgeable, his integrity and honesty are second to none. He is a man of his word and follows thru on his promises. Customer service of Roger's level is rare these days, when customers are taken for granted. His puppy "Arlo" makes it worth the visit to his shop!

Dependable, knowledgeable and trustworthy! Birdsong is everything you could ask for in a mechanic. I have a multiple work trucks that Birdsong maintains for me monthly. 3 of them are over or close to 200k miles and they’re all running smoothly thanks to them!
Birdsong is a good repair shop to use . Fair prices. And if they can't fix it they will recommend someone who can. I would recommend them to anyone that needs a good and responsible car repair.
Very friendly service. The guys helped us out of a bind. We'd have been stuck in Nashville for days if it wasn't for these guys.
