A very small area but has some sitting area outside. The worker was nice in explaining the menu and what was possible. We ordered the chicken tenders and made it a combo and added a mean margarita. The worker explained the reason for the name was because it was stronger than a usual frozen margarita. The chicken was good, the bag was greasy but the tenders were not. A level 2, extra hot was not spicy at all. The margarita was strong and good.
What's makes this THE BEST chicken sandwich is that it is breaded more like a piece of fried chicken. Being able to determine your hotness level also makes it customizable and delicious. I did 3. I love hot. It made me sweat. Loved it.
I'm a huge fan of hot chicken???????? and Bird on the Run is really good. Simple menu of crispy chicken tenders or a sandwich. The crispy waffle fries are yummy. The beignets were good but doughy- I'd pass on them next time.
I used to love this place. It seems like after they expanded, their prices have went up but quality has went down. It’s just not worth going to location anymore. Back when they was it eight bucks for a chicken sandwich. The bad boy was juicy, n it was worth the money. Now it’s 11.29 for just a bloody sandwich, if it wasn’t for Chick-fil-A being closed I would’ve got a better deal there, also have a consistent quality and better customer service. All the workers there look like they wanted to die. I get it it’s hot or whatever but come on have better customer service skills. It’s a shame that a once great place has fallen so hard.
The food here was great, but the service and atmosphere was non existent. It seems like this is just a quick place to grab a carry out order on a lunch break.
Good chicken sandwich! Not crazy flavorful but good texture on the fried chicken and a nice bun. I'd recommend adding lettuce for some extra crunch. The waffle fries are good too!
Not much of a sit down spot, more of a grab-and-go or delivery spot. There is some indoor seating though.
Finally got a chance to stop here. Ordered nuggets, fish combo and a deluxe chicken sandwich to go. Got the level 1 oil and seasoning on the side. Turned the air fryer on when we got them home, mixed the seasoning and oil and added it to the sandwich, dropped both sandwiches in the air fryer for an extra crunch and the sandwiches were very, very good. Glad we had a chance to stop here to sample some items. No parking but found a spot around the corner on the street. Some seating available inside.
I thought the chicken sandwhich was mediocre in terms of flavor. I got a spicy level one but it wasnt as tasty as other chicken sandwiches I’ve had elsewhere. The chicken was nicely fried, no soggy areas, but a bit greasier than I would like. The waffles fries were on point - big and crispy.
Love the ease of ordering in the ipads and the indoor and outdoor seating.
