BioSteam Vape in Boise is a top-notch spot. Kenna, in particular, is fantastic! She's knowledgeable, friendly, and always willing to help customers find the perfect vape. You can tell she really loves her job and it makes the whole experience so much better. The shop itself is clean and has a great selection. All in all, BioSteam Vape is a must-visit!
This place was so homey. They have so many plants in there. For a plant mom, this is so wonderful to see. The entire place just felt so cozy, and everyone was so nice. I came in for a Lost Mary and the girl working told me they were running a buy one get one half off deal, so endedbup getting the Funky Republics instead, and the flavors recommended were amazing. I'll definitely be coming back! 10/10
Will not shop here again or ever refer anyone here. There are so many more better vape store options in the treasury valley. I was assisted by the manager. I asked her for a specific battery. We had a small conversation about the item. She never informed me there are no returns. The battery was purchased and same day, within 4 hours, it wouldn’t work. They are not willing to work with me or anything.
Absolutely horrifying prices, the owner is charging more that double what any other vape shop is charging for the SAME EXACT ITEMS. I went to buy some GeekVape coils, they go for $12-$15 for a box of 5 at ANY other store, but they tried to charge almost $6 dollars for ONE COIL, then act like its a deal when you get 1 free for buying 4. The greed is crazy. The floor was nasty too, i hope that was just that day that it was for the cat's sake.
Biosteam is the best vape store in Boise. They are definitely my go to store. They are all very kind and helpful. Definitely coming back and letting everyone I know to come here.
Jacob is fantastic! I’ve never had an issue with this shop other than their product just sells so damn fast! Def stop by if you need your fix.
Biosteam Boise is your one stop shop for all things vapes. Not only was I able to find what I needed quickly I also received amazing customer service from Kenna. Thank you for making this visit so easy as I was in a rush!
The young lady in the store yesterday was very rude and short with me. I went in to buy a disposable and when she saw me talking to my 23 year old boyfriend on the phone she rudely said you can't film in here. Ok, weird, so I told him I'd call him back. She then said that she wouldn't be able to do a sale at all because she suspected me of buying one for my, again, 23 year old boyfriend. Then she told me to leave. And sat back down at her desk with a very smug look on her face. Very disrespectful and rude, will never be back here and will never recommend.
