The new owner Mr. Scott is the most accomplished mechanic I know. His prices are lower than the previous owner's, and I don't know of a car or specialized type they can't fix. Top notch!

I didn't have a ride to leave my car while my oil was being changed but the had me in & out in an hour. Took a book, sat in the sunshine & the time flew by. Thank you for the quick & friendly service!!
Fantastic place, tucked away off of the far side of Calhoun Avenue. Transmission work, oil changes, brakes, tires, engine trouble… they’ll come tow you if need be. I’ve been taking all of my vehicles here for a few years. I trust their team to be transparent and honest with me every time.
Update 2/8/24: this review was written 9 years ago, and I still would give them 5 stars. **** These guys have worked on several cars belonging to us and friends, and we have always found them to be very reasonable in price and thorough in their work. They have always treated us fairly and we would recommend them to anyone.
They picked up my Toyota Tundra on a Wednesday afternoon and had it fixed and ready the next day. Everyone was very nice and the price was pretty much what I was expecting. I will probably use them from now on as I have been taken advantage of from two dealerships in town already. Thanks Gene and the crew at Brinkley's, God bless you for your kindness and honesty.
They fixed what my car needed in a day! these guys get up early and do hard work grateful they were my first call when i needed someone. Will tell friends and family to go here from now on
Over charged me for a diagnostics test on my truck, which was 300$ . Told me it was a bad computer and that it was gonna cost me 1400$ to fix . Took it somewhere else and it turns out my computer wasn’t bad . Brinkley’s jumped to the first conclusion they seen and was gonna start throwing parts at it at my expense . Overall terrible experience. If you don’t know whats wrong with something don’t tell someone you do and start throwing parts at it . I’m sure they can fix easy stuff but would not recommend taking something that takes some brain work . You will lose a fortune!
