Never visit this place. Charged $120 to use uhaul 10ft truck for 4 hours. Should have never put gas back in the truck if you're charging me 4 times what gas cost already. No one explained anything or prices. If this is how they rent out trucks I'm scared to see how they run business overall. Also never received a receipt. Was never informed they would charge double what uhaul normally charges to use a truck. Lesson learned. Don't trust shady family shops
Used "inferior parts" on my tie rod replacement that was a couple of grand. Had to get it replaced by the delership who confirmed I was sold old parts. The system failed within months and I was out another couple grand. Dishonest mechanic who will take advantage of anyone who is not knowledgeable about cars.
Excellent auto shop that can tackle any automotive issue you may have. Great service and great prices... what else can I say? This should be your go-to auto repair shop.
Where do I begin? I originally thought my vehicle only needed a new fuel injector in 1 cylinder because it was misfiring and I just replaced coil/spark plug, so I gave them a call to see if there's a chance I can receive a quote for it (that's what their website advertises), and before I can even finish, they cut me off and said "we need to look at it" 3 times in a rude tone.
So I decided to have my vehicle towed there since I live really close, and explained what's going on and left it there. About 2-3 hours later they give me a call, telling me I need whole set of spark plugs, coil packs & an oil change... Even though I just taken care of that the other day, so I told them to just focus on the cylinder that is misfiring, instead of trying to replace everything for every cylinder.
A few hours go by and I hear nothing... So I decided to go there because they were about to close and I haven't heard anything. They tell me that my cylinder head is cracked and basically that my engine is blown... On top of that, they decided to replace the spark plugs and coils anyway and charged me $700 for something I could've done for half the price.
The next day, I took the car to the dealership and I wish I did in the first place, because they told me that the motor is NOT blown, and it is just a cracked piston and that they can get it taken care of FOR THE SAME PRICE BINGE'S CHARGED ME FOR A TUNE UP. At the end of the day, they will try to tell you several things that you "need" and give you the worst case scenario to make you feel like there is no hope. Be careful if you decide to take your vehicle here, and be very specific what you want done, otherwise they'll go off and do their own thing.
WARNING! I took my bmw in for a pretty basic repair, they gave me an estimate for 390$ to replace my coolant resovoir, I called 5 other shops every single one was 100$ to 125$ better on the repair. If it was even close I might understand. Just another auto shop trying to take advantage. I'm very disappointed, I will never bring my car there again.
For what it's worth (it was several years ago) My mother and I took our Saturn in for a repair. They charged us over 1000 in multiple repairs. My cousin who is a master mechanic (seriously genius) had already worked on the vehicle and was so swamped with work he had no time to get to it witch is why we took it here in desperation. When he heard what we told him they did and charged us he was astonished. He told my to find the receipt and I still had time to contest it. I could never find the receipt ????. He said they completely took advantage you ladies. We were struggling financially at the time and could barely afford to buy groceries after that repair. I'll never forget they did that to us. Hope there are new owners by now or have grown a conscience. If not..... Hope karma comes for ya. They did this to us the same year she passed away too. I cringe Everytime I drive by this place.
Pat and his staff were knowledgeable and efficient when repairing my son's vehicle. I have taken my own vehicle to him in the past and he has diagnosed and repaired at a very fair cost to me.
