Bing's Dumplings has very authentic pork soup dumplings and "spicy and sour noodle soup with minced pork and potatoes". Bing's pork soup dumpling is at lease same or even better than Shanghai's famous "NanXiang" pork soup dumpling. The spicy and sour noodle soup is originated from China's ShanXi province, I had lived in it's capital Xi'an for a few years and had my first "spicy and sour noodle soup with minced pork and potatoes" there. The potsticker is also yammy. We always comes back to Bing's for the nostalgic food:-)
We ordered the soup dumpling which is very juicy, and I think the size is a bit big. We also ordered lamb pumpkin dumplings. It's a bit expensive, but I never have this kind of flavor anywhere else. The wonton is ok, but the hand pulled noodles were great. I will definitely come back again for the dumplings and noodle.
Nice little dumping place. But food was “bigger” than other places. Dumplings were bigger, noodles were longer. Tasty
We decided to swing by on a Friday night. We got a table without any wait time. Already a win!
We ordered the vegetable buns, the hot chilli oil dumplings with pork and shrimp and the hot oil seared noodles with spicy pork.
The vegetable buns were super fluffy and delicious. I love eating them with the chilli oil and soy sauce at the table. Will try their dumplings next time to see how they turn out!
The shrimp and pork dumplings were spot on as well, my partner really enjoyed those.
The noodles were a really generous portion size and they accommodated our request to make them extra spicy. The texture of the noodles was chewy and they had a little bite to them - my husband enjoyed them.
The plates are paper, the decor is ok, but overall it was super clean, the service was nice and we look forward to coming back to try more stuff! As a vegetarian I really liked that they had some interesting options. :)
A lovely place to have some dumplings with the fam. Yummy dumplings and nice home-y ambiance. Great service and kind servers.we tried the soup dumplings that were simply delicious. The hand pulled noodles are a must have. Not to forget a perfect pairing with beef dumpling soup. Will come back here soon
The customer service was great even though it was a busy lunch hour! I got the Pork soup dumplings, the pork & shrimp wontons in chili oil, and the noodles in scallion sauce. Everything was delicous! This is a small detail but I appreciate they have actual chili oil at this restaurant, I'm usually greeted with some variation of Sriracha or garlic chili paste, so this was great!
No frills, just good food. The highlight was the soup dumpling and the spicy pork noodles. Delicious!!!
Came here for the hand pulled noodles, but stayed for the XLB. Their spicy beef noodle soup was good, but some depth was lacking the the broth. I had to add some soy sauce. The noodle was the star of the bowl with its bouncy texture. However, their XLB was really soupy and tasty.
