Contacted them a little over 2 weeks ago and spoke to owner Graham in regards to an issue that i needed to have diagnosed on my m3 . He told me to bring the car this past Wednesday morning . I showed up around 8 am , threw my car on the lift and within minutes confirmed my suspicions that my car had the infamous crack in the rear subframe . I paid them for their time and asked how to move forward with them writing me up a quote on fixing the issue . Owner seemed cold and uninterested in wanting to proceed further. He began to tell me “it’s not going to be cheap” which in my eyes is another way of them trying to get me out the door and not wanting to take the job on . He said give him a call later that afternoon around 1 or 2pm and he would give me a quote . I did that , he answered and proceeded to tell me he’s been busy and hadn’t had time to write anything up and to call him in the morning . Thursday morning comes about and i call the shop , it rings out with no answer . I call back later that afternoon , i leave a detailed voicemail with my name and number waiting for Graham or someone to respond back . It’s now Friday @ 12 pm 2 days after bringing the car there , i have heard zero response back from anyone and have taken my business elsewhere . If you guys can’t do certain jobs or simply don’t want to then maybe it’s time to hang up the coat instead of wasting peoples time !

Truly a hidden gem we found by.. accident. My son's car broke down on the Saw Mill around Mt. Kisco, and limped the '15 535 to Bimmers Only in BH. Dropped the car in front of the shop, late at night, and left a message. Spoke to Graham the next morning, he could not have been nicer or more accommodating about it. Graham diagnosed the problem, estimated the cost and got the car back on the road in a day after getting all the necessary parts. It was a complex repair to the driveshaft, Graham showed us all the broken parts he replaced with BMW OEM. Plus he found the coolant expansion tank was cracked, and leaking. The shop is a very rare find. You're not getting this kind of quality work from any dealer, and the pricing is fair. HIGHLY recommend this gem of a place for any BMW enthusiast looking to get quality work done by an experienced master mechanic who does ... bimmers only!

I have a 21 year old BMW that I never want to let go. It was having some troubles and was getting misdiagnosed by other mechanics which was costing me too much time and money. I was referred to Bimmers Only and decided it was going to be worth the long drive to see what they could do. I called first and the man on the phone was polite, patient and interested to hear all about the car. He said he could see me same day. I arrived to the small lot, and meet them. They listened to what was wrong, I loved how they were communicating with each other to try to diagnose the issue. You could tell there was a wealth of knowledge and intelligence. Their tidy and thoughtful approach to the car, their patience and the questions they asked me were a refreshing change to the mechanics that swagger and talk down to you. They took off the fan, ran some tests, and I was very happy with their diagnosis. On leaving, the drive through the surrounding area back home was very woodsy and pretty which made it even more worthwhile.

They are the best, fixed my car (while others couldn't) and great customer service. Very honest. Highly recommend them for anyone with a BMW

I’ve been working with Bimmers only for a few years and can’t recommend them enough. I have an older model 535 which naturally requires maintenance from time to time. But, thanks to Graham and the Bimmers only family, who have always made themselves available for service, my visits are limited to minor issues, oil changes etc. They are honest, straightforward and extremely courteous. It’s obvious that they really do care about their customers and go above and beyond to maintain their high standard of customer gratification. Thank you Bimmers only!

First time visit 3/9/23 for a brake fluid flush. Graham seems like a knowledgeable, fair, and good man. He was concerned about a coolant splash under the overflow tank. I appreciate that he was concerned about an issue that was unrelated to my visit, had me join him in the shop for a look, and took the time to pressure test the cooling system to ensure that no leak was apparent. I will return again for sure.

These guys are terrific. Fair, responsive, stand behind their work. Highly recommend this shop without any reservation whatsoever.
