If Chris isn’t the best customer service, mechanic around I don’t know who is! This man responds quickly, be honest and blunt with you, will let you know if something won’t work out right or give you a better option. His services are beyond phenomenal. I haven’t had customer service like this before especially over the phone. I highly recommended this shop for your needs!

Built my transmission twice in 2 years. Called to have it done the 3rd time and he beats around the bush and says I’ll call you back but never does. Then has a poor attitude when you ask questions if everything was done right. Would not recommend.
I went to their shop were they manufacture, torque, converters, and transmissions? It’s pretty impressive. They built me a 4l80e Transmision with a custom 3,000 stall converter for my 1998 s10 2wd with a 5.3 I told Chris what I wanted and he told me what I needed.I trust what he says.They are the pros. If they tell you to do a certain way do it their way. I’ve had nothing but fun and reliability with my new truck. Thank you
