I have taken my car to Billy’s twice and they have done a quick and efficient job both times. The second time I had a quote done elsewhere before them and the other place told me 50 things that were wrong and it was going to be over $4000 to fix my car, take it to Billy’s and it was less than $1000 and my car feels brand new! They are always accommodating of my schedule and reasonable with pricing. I will never take my car anywhere else!

This business receives very high public recognition. Staff is friendly and efficient. Business does do excellent service. But getting on the schedule for service frequently seems rather extended - seems like a kind of a long waiting list. Business does most types of automotive repairs. Prices are very fair, reasonable. The business is advertised as having an excellent repair service warranty (which fortunately I have never needed activate). Staff is very congenial and efficient. Once I encountered an individual in management that was kind of difficult towards me. But I just accessed it as him having a bad day. Not really that big of negative but I was left annoyed. Otherwise, there is NO BETTER auto repair service in Kokomo.
The downside: they’re usually booked up and there may be a wait to get your repair scheduled. The upside: the reasons they are so busy is that they are honest, dependable, do good work for a fair price, and have a nice clean shop. My wife and I don’t like having any car payments, so we usually have older vehicles that occasionally need repairs. I trust the people at Billy’s Auto to keep us on the road
…Even with 3 people ahead of me, they got me in and out quickly☺️ TY! And also, one awesome lobby to wait in.
I sub out my alignments to these guys and haven’t had one negative experience!! On point and customer focused.
Billy and his crew are top notch mechanics and you will not find a better shop anywhere in Kokomo
Good, honest mechanics. Prices are very reasonable. Would've given 5* if it weren't for a miscommunication on an after hours pick up which put me without a vehicle for 1 extra day.
