After a month call says it s ready go get the truck give him 1600 dollars made it 20 miles had to have him come tow it back in and after 2 more weeks he calls says it ready go get it charges me 470.00 more dollars to fix what I pay for the first time never use them again pics poor business I think
Had a bad experience, lied to me serval times for no reason. Never called me back told me they would start on it next week two different times. Got fed up with lies went to pick my truck up after sitting in the same spot for over a couple months. Once I picked it up he told me he knew nothing about it. J. B the best in town hands down.
They spent a lot of time working on my vehicle to find out what was wrong with it, and ended up charging me little to nothing because they weren't able to fix it. (The engine was bad and the car wasn't worth fixing.) I even had to leave my car there for a couple of weeks before I could get it towed off, and they let me keep it there without charging me any storage fees like most places would. They are really good people. Very caring about their customers.
Great staff and customer service, even when I call on the phone. I have need there service several times and they are always helpful and reliable. They get the job done.
BEST BEST BEST MECHANIC'S SHOP! My truck is a Frankenstein monster with parts for 4 different types of vehicles built into it. Instead of taking advantage because most mechanics won't or CANT work on it, this shop has the knowledge and capability to fix things when they break, and the HONOR to charge a fair price!!! I don't take my vehicles anywhere except Billie Whitley and Sons.
Tom And his whole staff were so helpful. I called and asked for some advice and he gave it to me with no hesitation and also offered to diagnose my truck...witch they did and were just so awesome and helpful!!
