My Ford Escape has been in 2 different shops and no one could figure out what the problem was. I took it to Bill's, he called me the next day told me the problem and fixed it. He is amazing, very nice, knowledgeable and very reasonably priced! I will only use him for my car repairs from now on. I highly recommend!
We highly recommend Bill’s for your transmission issues! He quickly determined the problem and we had our car back in 2 days! We will be taking our car back to him for all of our car repair work!
Had transmission issues with my 2015 Ford Ecoboost 3.5L and had it taken to a shop, but they weren’t able to work on it and recommend Bills. Being Military I didn’t know the area and don’t have all my tools so I took the man’s word and went to Bills Transmission. By far the best case possible for me, couldn’t recommend it more. Was able to take a look first thing in the morning and got a call it was ready to pick up at noon. Was planning to spend a few thousand dollars but bill was honest about the situation and didn’t up charge me and only spent 300$. Felt good knowing he’s an honest man and willing to help. Will recommend him to anyone who needs help and will go to him whenever I need it.

It is called Midtown Muffler now. Located in the same place but they don't work on Transmissions anymore. They did an excellent job repairing my exhaust system, in a very timely manner, and for an excellent price. Highly recommended!
Best transmission shop in Columbus Georgia great prices very honest people. Bill is a great person to do business with. Let me know my transmission wasn't the problem it was a fuse for my tcm. Very honest even fixed my ac at a great price. Do business with them they are good!
Great transmission shop. I called and explained my Chevy Truck's transmissions symptoms and it was apparent that it needed a complete rebuild after 200,000 miles , Bill quoted me a very reasonable price and rebuilt my transmission. It shifts better than it ever has since i've owned the truck. Bill and the staff are easy to talk to and explained what broke down inside my transmission and why. A transmission shop you can trust. 5 Stars for me.
