I’m not a guy that usually writes reviews. But it’s the least I can do for the great people at Bills. My alternator went out in my vehicle. Fairly early in the morning on the highway. I have AAA so I requested a tow. I’m not from the area so I had no idea what shop too tow it too.(Super Stress) So the tow truck shows up super fast I’m like well that’s cool. And it happens too be mark who drives trucks for Bills. Mark said hey we have a shop which happens too be in our little town. Being totally convenient I agreed too have bills do the work. I was very surprised to say the least too when they fixed my car the same day. They seem too have a great network of people and a nice roomy shop too help people out with there car problems. I really lucked out with these guys and am going too recommend them too whomever I can. Other people our family knows and town says “ yeah we take our cars too bills and we wouldn’t take a bicycle too the other shop. If anybody from bills happens too read this thanks again and good karma too you.
Do not do business with this place. I was in an extremely vulnerable situation when my car broke down and all their mechanic's did was try to start the vehicle to determine that the car "needed an entire new engine". They quoted me $1400+$800 for labor plus new engine, but the car wouldn't have been finished for 5 days, which would have forced me to stay in lodging I could not afford. I made the choice to have the car towed back up to Seattle, where I live, due to my financial restraints. Ultimately, it was cheaper for me to just have the car towed. Furthermore, when I spoke to the front desk person after the fact to get some more information, they had no documentation, and the owner straight up laughed at me when I told him my concerns. He also insulted my intelligence and refused to help me further. I spent almost $2200 at this place. I don't care that this is a small business, the customer service quality I have received has been so poor and inconsiderate of my situation.
If I could rate this place lower than one star, I would. A friend of mine found themselves stranded in Oregon due to car trouble recently. Upon visiting this shop, they didn't even bother to conduct a proper diagnostic; instead, they simply attempted to start the car. They then claimed my friend needed a new engine or gasket, demanding a substantial sum of money or a $2,000 tow back to Seattle. Despite multiple follow-up calls, we were met with laughter from the owner when requesting paperwork for the transaction. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. For many, owning a car is essential, and the stress of being without one is significant. To be laughed at while seeking important information is incredibly disrespectful.
Had two motors installed here. Good work and they were fairly priced. Not cheap, fair. They addressed a couple small issues after the install quickly and thoroughly. Once our vehicle was scheduled they stayed on it until completed. Small local shop that provides better service than the bigger shops we've used. If they can't do it, they will tell you upfront.
Rescued me from a failing alternator, diagnosed and repaired same day. affordable, knowledgable and good people.
A HUGE shoutout to Bill and his team. I used them to tow me up to my working location and back down again. The hill was too steep for my truck. They did a wonderful job and went above and beyond by making sure I was safely settled in each location. I am a solo traveler and I could not thank them enough for their kindness.
They also did some service on my truck. The work was done professionally and again they went out of their way to go the extra mile. Not only did they change the oil, they replaced a faulty oil pan plug and reset my reminders with the current service performed.
They are the best and I was so lucky to have found them.
Driver was there in 10 minutes to get my car off of the freeway. They let me store my car there overnight and bring my own set of wheels and tires. They install them for me at a very good price. The tow truck driver was extremely friendly the mechanic was great and the lady at the front desk was also super nice and friendly. Best tow truck service I've ever had in my life.
Absolutely not. Do not call these guys. There's way better towing options in the area. The guy has a total meltdown if he has to go on call for a company he's contracted with. I straight up even had a tip ready for this guy but I'll keep it. I don't even know why he's in business because the guy he inherited it from acts the same way. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt but really has not changed in the last 10 years.
