Well, I talked to you a couple different different trailer places and they gave me all kinds of different things to look at. I called Bill up within three minutes on the phone phone there he had my tip out sliding in so he definitely knows his stuff and I’m grateful for him thank you Bill.
Bill is a solid guy. I called him on a weekend looking for parts, and instead of just saying yes or no, asked me what my problem was and helped me troubleshoot it. It was a minor fix, and he helped an inexperienced RV camper like myself figure it out over the phone. He’s that good. Call Bill if you ever have RV troubles in Wasco county, he’s a great guy with a wealth of knowledge, who’s willing to help out.
Top notch. Stand-up guy. Fair prices, punctual if he says he will be there he will be there. Uses high quality parts and supplies. Inspected 3 rvs for me and addressed a few minor concerns. Gave some options to address a few other concerns on my own. Would definitely recommend Bill. I will be using his services again.
Bill was amazing! He responded to my voicemail right away. My Thule awning would not retract so I could not go anywhere. He looked up some possible fixes
the night I called and then established that he’d have to look at it further at 8am in the morning. He was there in time and knew exactly what to look at and do. He was able to manually retract my awning and diagnose the fixes needed. If it weren’t for him, I’d be stuck in the same spot. I highly recommend his services!!!!
Just had the greatest experience with Bill's RV Repair. Our propane system was giving us trouble on the road. Fridge was running a little warm, stove burning weak and, finally, the generator wouldn't start. We called Bill and left a message. He got back to us within an hour, met us at a convenient location on our route, and diagnosed the problem within minutes. He then installed a new lp regulator on the spot. The whole experience took less than an hour.
Bill also charged a very reasonable price for his work. I would highly recommend Bill's RV Repair to anyone on the road (or not) needing quick, efficient, repair.

Bill did me a big favor. It was late afternoon on A Saturday and my slide was stuck in my fifth wheel. Bill was kind and called me back even though it was the end of the day, Bill asked me to send him some photos, he walked me through how to fix it over the phone. Worked out great saved the service call and I’ve created a new friend in Eastern Oregon.
Bill is excellent and knows his business well. He is thorough, so very knowledgeable, honest and I can’t recommend him highly enough. So grateful for his help and saved my hunting trip????. Thank u much.
