Absolutely fantastic experience here. Stacey is knowledge, gets repairs fixed quickly and has the most inexpensive rates. He literally saved me hundreds over what another auto shop wanted to charge. It's a great feeling knowing he will get it done right and I won't be ripped off in the process!

I was referred to Bill’s Automotive by a very good friend. Just like my friend, I’m a woman & like so many women this is an area I simply don’t have an inkling about. But what I do know is that I know good customer service when I see it. Stacy is mgr/co-owner of the business. I found him to be professional, personable & a Christian. My car us always repaired in a great timely manner. He explains the problem in terms I understand. The cost is more than reasonable & he even fixed a problem with no charge even after I had had the car to the dealership & they had quoted a 4-digit figure for repair. Lss, I have recommend them highly without reservation to all my friends.

Mr. Bill and Mr. Stacy for 8 years and this is the only place that I will bring my vehicles. They always fix them a lot cheaper and the one time he ever made a mistake, he immediately made it right. They are both always kind and helpful.
