I had a tire blow out on my horse trailer when traveling to see family at Christmas. They were open the day after Christmas and were able to not only replace my tires, but they also replaced the fender light that was damaged because of the blow out. They went above and beyond to get me back on the road. I drove home with my precious cargo feeling safe and grateful.
After a very hard 2 hour drive in the pouring down rain, I rolled into Comanche with a Low tire! so I called Bill's tire station. He told me to come right in, which I did ????and and I never even got out of my car! They had me in and out of the station in 10 minutes. Thank you for your prompt service SIR!!! Those country towns will take care of you ❤️????.

Headed to Houston, and we went through some debris from a wreck, and our left front tire was damaged! We made it to this shop and they got us in and out, tire fixed and back on the road within 20 minutes! $20 and we never even had to get out of the car! Thank you so much!!

We were traveling to get my mother from Houston Texas to Albuquerque NM. About 25 miles outside Comanche my tire light came on. It was just myself and my 2 son's who are 13 and 14. I was so nervous. We saw this shop, pulled in he got me patched up and on our way in 15 minutes. Also checked my tire pressure on the rest of my tires. I am so appreciative. Excellent guy right here
If I could I would give 10 stars. We were making a long distance trip pulling a tandem trailer that had questionable tires. I fortunately brought 2 spares tires with me. During our trip, we experienced two blow outs. It was Good Friday and we were desperately trying to find a tire store to have 4 brand new tires installed on the trailer. The first town we went through, the tire store was closed for Good Friday. My wife googled tire stores for the next upcoming town of Comanche, found and called Bill Ellis Tire Station which was open. As soon as we pulled into the station we were greeted by 4 attendants who told us they would take care of us and immediately began to change out all the 4 trailer tires plus 1 spare. We were back on the road within 30 minutes. They were professional, courteous, and friendly. They took care of us and were extremely reasonable.
Absolutely amazing family owned business. Called same day on site service. Fast easy and fair prices. Quality work done fast.
The best customer service you will find. Honest, dependable, FAST and fair. I almost want to drive from Abilene to do all my business with these gentlemen from here on out.
