Stopped by with my 335D due to an airbag light that the body shop said wouldn't clear. Bill had if figured out in about 30 seconds. Will be back!

Bill is the reason I still drive BMWs. He is fair, knowledgeable, never ever sells you stuff you don’t need. Stands behind his work. Great guy, great work. I drive from the East Bay to take him my cars.

There is no better place in Marin County to go for your BMW than Bill Arnold’s shop. Bill has been repairing cars for decades and his mind is like an automobile encyclopedia. He is also extremely kind, honest, and generous with his time, even though he is always extremely busy. It is no wonder that so many people get their repairs done with Bill. I probably shouldn’t even say that, because I don’t want Bill to get even busier. But I also want to send a big shout out to this man and his shop.

I love his shop. I only come to him for anything BMW. Mr. Bill is amazingly awesome. He's a true God send. I so appreciate him and all that he does. He's a true angel. New to the area, took a chance based on favorable reviews. Found my local BMW repair shop for life. Bill answers the phone and personally diagnoses issues. His team including Patrick are highly knowledgeable, caring, and honest. Don't go here to cut corners. Go here to get the job done, done right, and peace of mind. Far cry from inflated dealer rates, but be aware of the sign posted, $145/hr labor cost. Huge fan of Bill Arnold BMW and trust my 535i with them any day.

Not only did Bill diagnose the problem with my X3 immediately, he told me what needed repair immediately and what could be addressed soon. On a particularly rained out day after picking the kiddos up from school, he replaced the part I needed and sent us safely on our way in a matter of minutes. Bill is a wizard under the hood. I bought a 1972 2002 tii from Colorado that was running rough so figured it was a fuel mixture / altitude adjustment issue. I did see from previous owner complaints of "surging" and "stuttering" on some previous repair bills. Bill identified it had the wrong spark plugs, the wrong distributor cap and then he dialed in the fuel injection. It runs like a top now. He really really know his stuff and he is super friendly and approachable too.
