Very impressed with price as well as speed and knowledge. They did an entire engine swap for me. Pricing was more than competitive and communication was excellent. Really appreciate this group and for sure will be bringing all my vehicles to them in the future.
Most helpful auto repair in town. Great service and fair pricing.
Took our truck in over mystery shuttering another mechanic couldn't diagnose. They were quick and responded promptly with a repair that my husband was sure wouldn't fix it. They said they'd stand by the repair and make things right if it wasn't the issue.
It wasn't. So we took the truck back about a week later and it seemed to be a completely different company. Texts and calls seemed to be ignored. Communication was nil. I was told it would be a few days before they could diagnose it and it took three weeks. I get that things get busy but a little communication goes a long way. In the end it took a month. They indeed repaired the truck, and stood by their word on the original repair. For a transaction that started out so good it ended up leaving a bad taste in my mouth.
So very courteous, personable, and just an overall great experience. I went to another local repair shop previously, due to the location, but would highly recommend Bileth over the other shop to anyone in the Alto, Caledonia and surrounding areas!
Terrible business ethics. Poor communication. Slow services. They prioritize others before you even when you have an appointment, which causes you to wait to get your vehicle back (I’ve been waiting months for mine) They treat your as a dollar sign and not like an actual valued customer. Don’t let the good reviews fool you, it’s just an overload of friends and family who gave them good reviews to make their business seem credible but doesn’t match up to the service provided. Save your time and money and take it somewhere that they actually care about you and getting your vehicle fixed properly and at a reasonable mount of time.
Terrible communication
Mixed words around and didn’t communicate with the warranty company.
Kept having excuses as to why they couldn’t get an answer.
Pushed out weeks to get my vehicle back.
Paid way to much for the work they did.
This is just a burn and move on situation.
Hope others stay away from this same issue.
I've had my vehicle at Bileth a few times and have always been very impressed! Great communication. Knowledgeable staff. Extremely fair and honest which I appreciate the most!
Even though the were incredibly busy. They were able to get my engine replaced at a reasonable time and good price. Emily was very helpful throughout the whole process and even after everything was done
