This place has everything I need very clean nice and the staff are friendly. This is the only Beauty Supply store I go to.
the variety is a good thing. the hispanic girl is the only kind person you’ll find there trust me. the customer service is very poor.
Never open on time , dont go there in morning you will have to wait for up to 30 minutes or more for them to open
It was Sunday evening, & my child waited to ask me for products that I ran out of, I always want to go to the beauty supply store. I found everything I needed for my natural thick curly locks, as well for my son's 4C grade hair, and everything extra that I saw and wanted. Got to the counter and the beautiful young lady at the counter pleasantly greeted me, asked if I found everything I needed, and (upsell) suggested additional items that were tools needed for the items I bought. I will admit, I didn't think about getting this, and would have not gotten it if she had not mentioned it. My child needed this. Truly good customer service. She was smiling and pleasant, the store had a large variety of everything. If you are in this neighborhood, stop by, especially if you need hair supplies.
Just wasted $17.53 on getting earrings and a nose ring. When I was putting it on it easily broke and started bending. Then I go in to ask for something else the manger gives me the same rings for it to do the same then and says it’s nothing he could do about it. I would like to speak to Hr or the owner because that’s the waste of money.
HORRIBLE STORE - Overcharged me. Didn't notice until I got home, not worth driving an hour back.
The customer service is DISGUSTING! The workers are RUDE/NASTY. I would never recommend this store to no one.
This is my go to place since I moved to Jersey 2 years ago. I go there for hair and other essential needs because they have great prices on their merchandise. The staff there is great, their helpful and lets forget Ms. Gabriel. This women has done my hair several times and I have not been disappointed yet. I have a daughter who has Alopecia and thanks to Ms. Gabby and the staff she always walks out of there feeling great about herself and I can't thank them enough. Keep up the great work guys you have a supporter for life.
