I love big foot Java more than Starbucks but one thing is they need to work on customer service. Having just 1 person working at night is for one not safe and not efficient. I literally waited an hour for 1 drink. The cars were parked all the way to the streets on both sides. Insane. I’ve never even seen Starbucks line like this. So the money is there. It’s ridiculous because it’s at every location. Have two people working nights. This company makes plenty to employ a second person on night shift.

Ordered some kind of Sunset drink for a quick pick-me-up. Wow...damn delicious! I was not expecting such a good lil surprise. TY Big Foot

Drinks are good, girls are very nice who work there but this is a place where you have to plan to spend 20-40 minutes every time just to get a drink. The lines don’t move regardless of how many people are in front of you (usually one other person). It’s been like this for years and it’s surprising that this hasn’t been resolved!

Coffee is delish but during the morning rush they take FOREVER! Like I gotta get to work.... Let's pick up the pace please? I've been in line for over 10 minutes with the same one car in front of me.and this is not the only time this has happened.

Employee gave me an attitude and stated they do not speak Starbucks when their menu quite literally says Grande for the 16oz. Just an fyi. If you want a size. Don’t ask for the name on the menu. Tell them the oz. Coffee was pretty bad too. First and last time ever coming to this train wreck of a coffee stand.

How do you have 1 employee working with that much traffic coming in? That question seems to be asked more than where Bigfoot is with this location.

It was my first time going there around 11 in the morning. The workers were friendly and helped me to get some satisfactory drinks. I had heard that they had pie drinks, but were unavailable when I had gone to them. However they had helped to make the 2nd best thing which was a sort of blueberry muffin drink which was quite tasty and unique. Also had an Oreo milkshake for my mother and she enjoyed it more than the usual places we go for one. So we will likely return to try out more drinks and when my mother gets her Oreo milkshake itch.

Took 15 minute to get through the line. Used to go to Bigfoot Java while on vacation in the area. Won't be going back, drinks weren't good.

I truly don't understand what those girls are doing in there to not have a single car in line move after 15 minutes. What a ridiculous business. They're definitely smoking in the bathroom, as I saw smoke pour out of the backroom as they walked out, all while there are customers who have been waiting for half an hour.
