I bought a coffee and paid and they did it wrong and I asked them to change it and they said no because it went out. pay for a good job and they are not responsible for her work. The woman has short hair and is thin. as if they were counting the milk for losing customers. I don't recommend them, they put new people who don't know how to make coffee and they don't take responsibility.

Woman was very nice and very patient, even helped find a substitution for peppermint for flavoring, taking the time to list a few other flavorings they had. Not to mention she was super fast making our drinks. Wonderful experience and the drinks were delicious.

Came here for my lunch break. I have an hour lunch. Sat in line for 45 minutes with only 2 cars ahead of me. Why the heck did it take soooo long for me to get through? I have no idea. There’s 3 people working inside. Idk if they’re all new or what but y’all have to get it together. 45 minute wait just for me to order a drink that takes 2 minutes to make (strawberry red bull with cream) is absurd. You’re making coffee not building rocket ships.

Then the barista got an attitude WITH ME because apparently everyone is ordering the drink I ordered… ma’am respectfully I will come through this window don’t play with me.

Efficient drive through stop, but higher priced than mom and pops. Great triple shot white mocha at this visit.

This place is great. Most of them are 24hrs. Just to let you know, the one we go to does not accept cash. I'm not sure if all of them are like this

Great service - wonderful people they know me and my drinks - very friendly and fun - my favorite location and baristas - been coming here for years

Went there for hot coffee on a misty winter day. Hot beverages is the smallest part of their menu, everything else is iced. Few options with hot coffee, no special fancy named versions like with the iced coffees. That's all fine, I only wanted a mocha anyway.

My complaint is this: when I finished my coffee, my gf asked if the lid was recyclable. I looked and it had the number 6 on it, which I wasn't familiar with. So I looked it up and discovered that #6 plastic, AKA polystyrene, AKA what styrofoam is made of, is only food safe for COLD food. According to the govt website I checked it on, #6 polystyrene RELEASES TOXIC CHEMICALS aka POISON WHEN HEATED. LIKE WITH HOT COFFEE.

Bigfoot Java as a company seems to not care at all if they're poisoning their customers with toxic plastic chemicals, which makes me doubt the safety of all the other things they're putting in the drinks to make them have wild colors and strange flavors. I'll stick to the bikini barista from now on, at least they're not trying to give me cancer.

It is 10/29/2023 got my drink at 9:57 from Alexis B. I ordered a Sasquatch tracks 16 oz and I was not told there was no chocolate chips(that is apart of the drink) and she handed it to me, It is dark so I didnt Check, as I drive off I notice no chocolate chips. I go back, was told "oh we ran out". She didn't even have consideration to tell me when I ordered. Then I ask for a refund was told they couldn't give me one since no manager was on shift. So I asked for a receipt. Come to find out she illegally tipped herself without my permission, I was not even handed the device to check out or anything! I will not be coming back this place is super sketchy! Do not go here if you want your money stolen!
